We were in Watertown, Connecticut for my daughter's cross country meet so we were not familiar with the area but ECK exceeded our expectations. We were a large party and the restaurant was very responsive to my requests through OpenTable. Our waiter went above and beyond, especially for my lactose intolerant mother. The food was excellent, everyone enjoyed their meal. I highly recommend checking it out if you are ever in the area. It is very close to the Taft School.
Great burgers. Great service. Echo Craft Kitchen is a fun place to eat and have a good time.
1st time at this restaurant and it was great, went for taco Tuesday and the food was great. We all enjoyed our visit.
The food was very good as well as the service. We went for brunch and it was a great selection of food.
This was our first time here & we were very pleased! This is the old Davely's Pizza place (used to go all the time for family gatherings so holds lots of memories)! They did a beautiful transformation on the inside with very nice subdued lighting, sliding barn doors, classy rustic feel but comfortable & cozy. Our server was very attentive (Chris), drinks were very good (nice presentation & good selection), apps were excellent (meatballs & calamari), & dinner was also very good (ordered a special butternut squash salad with salmon-perfectly cooked & seasoned), 40 cloves chicken, & short ribs). Our only slight criticism was the dessert wasn't made on premises (but who does that anymore)! The bill was easy on the wallet too! Give it a try...you won't be disappointed!
First time and not disappointed. Ambience, food and service were outstanding. Shout out to Scout our server. Thanks for a great time.
From start to finish Echo Craft was an overall excellent dining experience. A huge upgrade from the restaurant that preceded it. Great place, great people, great restaurant.
I liked the inside but the meal we both had was on the Restaurant Week Special we both had the short rib meal it was more pasta than short rib not sure if they ran out of meat
The food was amazing. The server was very kind and remembered everything we asked for. It took awhile after ordering to get our food. There was only one waitress manning the entire restaurant. There could have been more servers to help her.
Absolutely perfect. Food was awesome, staff attentive, facilities lovely. We had a baby shower and they made everything simply wonderful.

Overall a great meal. Service was excellent. Calamari appetizer was generous. Pork chop entree and power bowl were both very good. I agree with other reviews that the kitchen doesn't seem to pay attention to special requests. I asked for feta on the side and the waitress confirmed she told the kitchen staff. Yet my power bowl arrived with a huge pile of feta. I was able to scoop most of it out so not a crisis. But still, a simple request that should have been honored. We would go back.
First time here tonite food was amazing and service too will be back. Glad to find a new gem so close to home ;)

This place is a MUST try! From the start to the finish, service was ON POINT and food was DELISH! My family and I tried them on a Friday night and we came right back on the following Sunday and were HIGHLY impressed with the same level of service and great tasting food! Well worth it! Great job Echo Craft Kitchen

In 3 different dining experiences my family has had our order messed up 4 times. Mine specifically 3. The first and second time we went I asked for the BLT burger and asked for no aioli and no tomatoes, first time there were tomatoes on the burger (I just picked them off its not too big of a deal) second time I asked for the same thing but when I got my burger the aioli was on it. They then remade the burger but then the tomatoes were on it (again no big deal). This past night my family went and my brother ordered their mac and cheese burger as is, and it came with a garlic aioli that was not mentioned in the menu, he got it remade. Same night they had brought me home the Santa Fe burger, I asked for no aioli and guac on the side, as I open my burger guac is on the side just like I asked but the burger was covered in the chipotle aioli and it didn't come with the Pico that was stated in the menu. My family and I are very disappointed with the disregard of what was asked to be off of my burgers and the fact they added things that weren't supposed to be on a burger. While the food is very good when it is done right it is safe to say we will not be dining here again.
