We met friends for lunch today at Echo Craft Kitchen. Watertown is a perfect half way point to meet up, since they live in Goshen and we live in Southington. Well, we will definitely be back! We had the Steamed Mussels, Short Rib Tacos, Popcorn Cauliflower, Caesar Salad and Clam Chowder. EVERYTHING was delicious!!! This is a nice little hole in the wall cozy spot. The food is not bad. I had the chicken dish with cherry peppers, mushroom and sausage. It wasn’t really flavorful, but it was a good amount. The waitress was a bit slow, but I guess she had too many tables. And there was a lot more that I wanted to try, but they were out of it. I understand if you’re out of one thing but out of multiple dishes is kind of alarming.

We ate here last night. The food was outstanding!! I had the beef short rib. It also came with perfectly-cooked carrots with slivers of crispy garlic, golden mashes potatoes and a delicious mushroom sauce.
