We go the Golden Palace because the food is the best. Seriously. We've been eating at this restaurant because it's offers authentic prepared dishes and is always consistent. The menu offers many choices. The food arrives within moments prepared exactly the way we like it. Delicious.
We drive from Winsted, Ct to Watertown just for this food. The place is clean with plenty of parking and priced affordable.

We always look forward to going here...

I have to say, this one of the few Chinese resturents that make my A Listed. I had a lot of chinese food over the year. This place as close to real chinese food as you can get around here. . I even take the extra drive for this place

Ordered take out for lunch, soup and dumplings are a solid 4.5. Nice light and yummy flavor. The general tso’s and rice was disappointing. It tasted like the rice and chicken were day old and very dry lacking flavor. The soup was a home run, hopefully just got it on a bad day.
