They did such a great job, I ordered a cake for my daughter's first birthday. She has an egg allergy and I looked every where for a eggless cake. Thankfuly hardcore bakery makes vegan cakes that's was so delicious. And my loved the cupcakes, definitely will order again from them.

I’m here all the time getting amazing cupcakes & deserts…. My favorite bakery in the Country! Anyways, had to just give 10 Stars on the Apple Strudel cupcake filled with apples…. Omg especially in the fall wanting comfort desserts this is my new go too!!!! I bought 4 had to sample all of them but Apple stole my heart!

I was so excited to visit this bakery. I had tried cupcakes from the bakery truck in the past and was delighted with them. This experience was awful. The cupcakes were dry and not at all like the ones I'd sampled before. There was very little flavor and the frosting was meh. It's sad because the interior was great and the person who waited on me was very helpful and friendly. Sadly, I will not return. I felt completely ripped off. I am always willing to spend $$$ on a great product. I don't know why but these cupcakes were nothing like the ones I'd had on several other occasions (all from the bakery truck). Perhaps the quality has not been maintained during the expansion from the truck to the store front. A truly disappointing visit.
Parking: Hard to park on a very busy street.

Hardcore cupcakes are genuinely the best cupcakes I have ever had. The cupcakes are the perfect texture, and they have the perfect amount of moisture. Personally I do not like super sweet frosting on cupcakes, the frosting on these cupcakes is amazing its not too sweet or strong but just right. Every time I've been there the workers are very nice, patient and understanding while I am indecisive about what flavors I want. The actual store is very cool inside the decorations are bright and interesting. I haven't had much other things from here but they do look amazing, and I can't wait to try more!

Place is absolutely garbage! Went there for my son’s 9th birthday cake. Gave them directions how to make it. Got it looks ok. Drive 15 minutes down the road the whole middle is blowing out. Go through 2 different people to get somewhere, ended up having to text another number who can’t answer the phone, but will text, to tell me there’s nothing they can do it was handling. We held it and drove careful! Lady tells me it’s been in the fridge but the bottom was warm. Go somewhere else.
Nicole from Hardcore Sweet Bakery is the best. Her crew catered the desserts for my wedding with each item to die for. She made our cake, cupcakes and brownies. Our guests raved about how delicious everything was. Nicole is friendly, talented, flexible, and a pleasure to work with. I'd greatly recommend!

Disappointing. I was not impressed. I want a birthday cake gluten free assumed they were decorated nicely, and the cake came as plain as could be. They told me I had to ask for it to be decorated first time in my life. I got a plain cake because I didn’t ask for decorations on it, I drove 56 miles to get this cake and I bought some cupcakes also I didn’t think they were special. It’s not worth the trip. Average cupcakes, plain looking cake over priced. How did they win cupcake wars. This was 10 years ago they won in 2012. I guess with that win it went to their head . Very disappointing we’re just average cupcakes. I probably could make myself over priced.

I cannot believe I did not review this last year they did a phenomenal job on my sons 26th birthday cake the work was amazing !I definitely will be using them for my family's birthdays and special occasions from now on! Did I mention it tasted amazing!!!!!! And it was allllll edible no plastic those nugs were all hand made!!
