I love Jersey Mike's I go there very often but this past Saturday I was slightly disappointed spending $22 on a giant sub and I always get the number eight and the meat was kind of thick and I'm just wondering if it could be cut a little thinner or maybe the gentleman wasn't really paying attention to how the meat was being sliced cuz it was pretty thick

I had an awful experience at Jersey Mike’s. The customer service was terrible—the employees had nasty attitudes and acted like they didn’t want to be there. They didn’t even cut the meat properly for my sub in a tub, which made it a mess to eat. On top of that, they barely gave me any mayo—just one tiny squirt—and didn’t seem to care when I asked for more. Overall, the service was rushed, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. Definitely not worth the visit.

Came here to grab a quick lunch with my mother while in the area. Food was fresh and tasted delicious. Service was as fast as they could be on a busy Saturday afternoon. Staff was friendly. Prices are fair. We enjoyed a giant Italian grinder and it was GIANT!

We have been to numerous Jersey Mike's in different states. This was the most disgusting location. The floors were filthy. The griddle was gross. The counters were covered wth crumbs and scraps. There were 5 people that we could see standing around. There were only 2 other customers there. It was also at 2 in the afternoon after any possible lunch rush. Each person did only their task not attempting to work as a team at all. I ordered a number 7 and when she went to put my sandwich on the board she scraped the lettuce into a pile and put it back in the lettuce bin!!! It was mixed with all the other toppings and juices that had fallen on the board! I said, did you just put that in the lettuce bin? She replied, yes, we are told we have to. I told her that was disgusting. She then went to cut my sandwich with a dirty knife that had been sitting around and thought better of it, wiped the knife on something under the counter and cut my sandwich. They weren't rude but clearly indifferent, unmotivated and showed zero interest in customer service or their job. The cleanest most well run Jersey Mike's we have been to is Huntsville Texas. We will never go back to this one.

I was a jersey mikes worker who just moved from Atl Ga I got fired for voicing my opinion at the work place when I was told that I didn’t care about my job …I walked and bike to and from work mostly I’ve even gotta supplies for the building when it was not my responsibility to do so …..the jersey mikes employees mostly were kind to me so I was very shocked and very upset when I got taken of the schedule …this was my welcome to Connecticut jerseys Mike workforce…my name is Anthony Morrison a African American male 6’3 roughly 200 lbs…I feel as if the gm did not want my image and work because I was very cool with everything and everyone … this experience has traumatized my emotions and dealing with people because I did meet in the job completely laughed in my face and then collectively came to fire me behind my back

Rude lil girl that made my sandwich gave nasty attitude because I wanted lettuce after her associate rushed me to pay rather than give my full order which was funny they didn't rush any of the Caucasian customers to pay before they food was even cooked and my sandwich was soggy and tasted like food was not fresh so I definitely won't be back to this location

Ordered Mike's Chicken Philly The chicken used for the sandwich was of an inferior quality which lacked flavor, was dry & appeared to be shredded. The bread was old & dry. The place is clean & the employees are efficient but Mike's needs to step up their food quality.

Very disappointed. I ordered a sub bowl on Wednesday and it was fantastic. Today, I ordered one expecting the same quality and was extremely dissatisfied. Portion was half the size of the one I got on Wednesday. I ordered the same exact thing and do not understand how the size and quality of the bowl decreased. They skimped out on all of the ingredients. I love Jersey Mike’s and was a frequent customer until now….
I really like Jersay Mike's! The chain sub shops have really gotten so bad that I stopped going. JM is a breath of fresh air in a nitch that went south! Try the cheese steak with out peppers, but add mushrooms!!

This is the second time I ordered a Giant Philly sub with onions peppers lettuce and tomato. both times the person wrote it on the slip and both times all I got was steak and cheese on a sub. Needless to say I`ll stick with Subway.
