I really like Jersay Mike's! The chain sub shops have really gotten so bad that I stopped going. JM is a breath of fresh air in a nitch that went south! Try the cheese steak with out peppers, but add mushrooms!!

This is the second time I ordered a Giant Philly sub with onions peppers lettuce and tomato. both times the person wrote it on the slip and both times all I got was steak and cheese on a sub. Needless to say I`ll stick with Subway.

Service workers were irritated at us when asked menial questions about the menu, they put an entire head of lettuce on each sandwich we ordered with almost none of the other toppings, not to mention the sandwiches being incredibly overpriced in comparison to other local sandwich shops.

Great customer service, great conversation while my sandwich is being prepared for me, they even took the time to remember my name and my name is very hard to pronounce let alone remember. If you’re in need of a something to eat and want a great time while you get you food this is the spot to go.

Very disappointed. I ordered through Grub hub and asked for no cheese. Can't even eat my sandwich. We've ordered before and usually no issues. Tonight my husband's cheese steak was dry. I even personally called to make sure one had provolone and the other had no cheese.
Upon entering, the atmosphere was strangely quiet. They had a cooler with a selection of meats, but unfortunately, the appearance was reminiscent of government surplus meat, making it unappealing. Moreover, no one greeted us upon arrival, and we noticed a woman sitting outside, seemingly nodding off in an assumed opiate daze. The menu also didn't seem enticing. As a result, we decided to leave without placing an order.
