Tried the McDonald's app for faster service today, BIG disappointment! Downloaded it to order and pay ahead for a quick stop before my grandson's game. They even had a deal: free Big Mac with a $1 purchase, perfect! Added $10 of other food and prepaid, feeling good about skipping the line.
Here's where it went downhill. Got to the restaurant, gave my reference number at the kiosk (no line there!), but at the pick-up window, they only gave me the extra food – no Big Mac....read full review
I have never been treated So bad in my life sooo disrespectful Until i enter This McDonald's 0 customer service I was just doing door dash I was told at the drive thru I can come in to get the food but some doors were locked When I finally Found an open door I was trying to adjust my mask and mediately I was yelled at By a bigger Spanish employee With tattoos and a nother little employee Both females and i was told never come back I did speak to the manager on the phone...read full review
How about lack of adult supervision? No knocks on the food, never complained about the portions, I know what to expect. But a public restaurant with no decorum? Children allowed to race around the tables? Screeching, crying, hollering incessantly? I never signed on for that.
