Always one of our favorite places to go! Freshest sushi around! The food is always delicious, whether we have sushi or hibachi!

My last experience at Sakura Japanese Steak House was definitely one to remember. I recently went to Sakura for my friend's birthday with 4 other friends. Right as I walked in I could tell that the night was going to be a good one. There are many meal options but my friends and I either order chicken or steak alongside rice and vegetables. The chicken was savory and popped with flavor, I couldn't resist finishing my whole plate. Surprisingly I've never tried egg or rice with soy sauce before but when the chef mixed all those flavors together, I couldn't help but ask for more. The rice was so flavorful and tangy. I had one piece of steak but it was definitely the best I ever had. It was juicy and perfectly cooked. The service was amazing. The waters didn't walk past my table once without asking if we needed anything. And the environment was so welcoming and homey. Everyone there seemed happy to be there, there were multiple televisions, and a very comfortable table and seats that we sat at. I will not hesitate to suggest Sakura for the next time my parents ask me where I want to eat.

I had a great experience every time that I visited this restaurant. Each time the service and hibachi show are great. The food is usually ready pretty quickly after the show is done and it is always cooked the way I order. I typically order the filet mignon hibachi, which also comes with rice, vegetables, and 2 shrimp. The filet is very tender and the flavor is great. They also have an assortment of different sushi rolls if that is what you like. Last time I was there, I ordered the volcano roll which was great. It had shrimp tempura in the middle which added a nice crunch and the fish that was laid on top was nice and fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

Sakura is an amazing lunch and dinner restaurant. Every time I've been there, its been an amazing experience. Going and sitting down at the hibachi grills is an experience not to miss. The chefs are funny, and the food is amazing. The menu has and immense amount of items ranging from fried rice to sushi. I personally get the steak and shrimp fried rice and it never disappoints. The blend of savoury, juicy flavours is amazing. This combined with the chef never failing to make your dish to perfection, gives you an amazing eating experience. I enjoy this restaurant a lot, and think that it's a perfect place to take you and your family for a night out.

We sat in the restaurant side rather than the hibachi side. The food was delicious. We were on a date night and didn't eat all day on anticipation for going out. We ordered a lot of food, because we were also planning on eating leftovers the next day. The server came back and questioned how much we were ordering, "you know that's a lot of food, right?" So I said yes and explained that we were ordering a lot so we could have some to take home as well. It was a bit embarrassing, but other than that the sushi rolls were so phenomenal and everything else we ordered was great. And the leftovers the next day were still delicious.

Had a 6:00 reservation did not sit until 6:45. Had to argue with manager for a free beer for that wait. Waited another 50 minutes before a chef even arrived. Rushed through . Manager lady will not even make eye contact with me. Then shes firm on the bill. Saw a group of 8 w reservations for 6:30 eat before us. Skipped the noodles but served to the rest of the table was the last straw. Walked out. I would say piss poor but thats an insult to what comes out of the human body.Absolute nonsense this was for my wife’s birthday. Ruined. For my $$ NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

I have always gone for takeout so I have not Sat inside the establishment, but the food is always delicious and well prepared. Normally buy a combo dinner which comes with a soup and salad. Definitely worth the value you pay for the food.

Thank you so much for food poisoning. Something was weird about the chicken so I didn’t finish it. I will be contacting corporate. They weren’t even that friendly and one of them touched someone’s chicken with skin exposure. Was at a party for work, won’t ever be coming back. Rather drive all the way the Danbury where I didn’t get sick. I got sick many years ago from this place but no food poisoning. Avoid this place for hibachi at all cost.

I came here for my birthday. I had the hibachi chicken. I personally love hibachi and have gone to many different restaurants. It was a Monday evening and they only had one cook working 3 different grills. The cook was entertaining but you can tell he was rushing to cook the food. Some of our chicken felt undercooked. The rice was also a little bland.I’m not sure if our waitress was new but she never brought our drinks. Someone else had to step in as she noticed that my party of 5 had no beverages. That waitress was attentive and made sure we were taking care of.Overall, I’ve had better. It feels like my last few visits here have been the same.

Unusually, we always visit this Hibachi place but I had never posted a review until I could see everything and try everything. On this occasion, I loved the punctuality and the way they scheduled our appointment. It all started with a salad starter and a mushroom soup, which was delicious and also very fresh. The salad was on point, and the soup is exquisite. After the entrance we decided to try some drinks which we opted for red and white sangrias and one of the group ordered a jalapeno martini. Everything was fine except that the sangrias were missing the fruits inside. but everything tasted very good. The children ordered a Japanese soda, which had a ball on the top so they could uncover it or push it up! Something very creative for the children, we really liked it.We ordered a combination of salmon and shrimp.•shrimp and chicken. The food was good, the chef who worked with us was very active and entertaining, we loved everything we did. I recommend them for large groups.

The food was great! Definitely not as fun as some of the other Japanese steak houses we've been to, and they didn't have the yum yum sauce ?. But I would go back as the service was good and overall it was a very good experience!

Ordered the 3 sushi roll lunch special with miso soup. The sushi was ok, but the miso soup was 1/4 way full and cold. I live 5 minutes away from the restaurant and waited inside for it to be finished, so there’s no reason it should be cold. The people hosting are also not very friendly!

My first time here. On a Sat night had the one item sashimi bento box. Sashimi was good quality fresh and tasty. Tempura was good. I was disappointed in the rice. Two dry. Service was good for a busy night.
