Of all the Starbucks we frequent this is our least favorite. The workers are great, the drive through is fast. My complaint is on the design as this is the most uncomfortable place to get quick work done. When your working on the run and need to make a pit stop for wifi and coffee recharge Starbucks is the main goto. The seats are extremely uncomfortable hard wood, (maybe so people don't camp out for the day?) All other Starbucks' have a variety of padded chairs and benches. Here seating can also be awkward and minimal as there are only 2 single tables you can really work at, one huge dinning room size table (great for a party/ bad if you need to jump in a conference call and some obnoxiously loud teens jump on seats directly surrounding you since there is literally nowhere else to go. There are two high tables right in front of the door but no outlets and not accessible to persons like me.

This starbucks is such an inviting experience. The baristas are so nice and work very fast, the drinks and food come out within 1-2 minutes. It is never dirty in there and it is usually empty on the inside depending on what time of day it is. It can be very full if it is between 7:15 and 7:40 because the high school is just down the street. It is very nice and I would recommend this starbucks over most coffee places in Watertown.

Lukewarm experience. Why ask for a name if you're not going to call out the name when the order is ready? The place needed cleaning and the staff was not friendly. I'd skip this location until management starts doing their job.
Edit: I came back today giving it another try. Still dirty, still unfriendly and this time they got my name wrong. The sandwich was basically pushed at me without a "sorry about us getting the name wrong."

Whole place is great! Always have a great drink and now we an issue when I ask for something different or strange. The manager Marvel just today helped give my daughter exactly what she needed to complete her Halloween costume. People who are there for the people and not the money. Thank you!!

I placed a mobile order which was really fast and the drinks came right before I arrived. The baristas were also really nice. They offered us a free cup of ice for my dad’s espresso and even let me borrow a laptop charger. Would definitely recommend! Very clean store and lots of outlets and accessible seats!

A Starbucks. Pretty standard. The environment was ok. The seating was a little weird and the music was so loud anywhere you went. No outdoor seating felt like waste of such a large space. The staff was really kind though. Just feel like Starbucks could give this spot a facelift.
Great experience! Even know they were out of chia! SO SAD! The team did an amazing Job working together to make sure I still got a great drink! A+++ :)

Used to love this location, last couple times I barely got a drink, mostly filled cup with cold foam. Thought first time was just an off day but it's now multiple occurrences and have a picture this time. Super disappointed as this is my closest Starbucks.

Seems like they don't understand my order sometimes, usually have to repeat it once or twice but they eventually get it. Haven't forgotten anything at the window yet though so I've always left with my whole order even if I do end up repeating it a few times.
