I had a BAD experience at the location in Bluffton, SC. After calling the location numerous times with no Manager call backs I sent an email to corporate ONLY to receive back a computer generated "so sorry" response. i sent another requesting a 1 on 1 conversation with a "real" person. Still no one has reached out to me to discuss. Therefor, I personally will NOT support or recommend WAYBACK BURGERS at any location. #waybackburgers

Absolutely the best burgers in the West Island...their cajun tatter tots are a great replacement for traditional fries, excellent service. You owe it to yourselves to try their varied menu, but their double bacon cheeseburger is the best.

Very clean and apparently serviced by 2 employees. Very accommodating service was given with a smile.

The only slight negative was that the Minute Maid Lemonade had 0 lemon flavor. Perhaps a new batch needed to be created. Only the water (flavor) aspect was present.
