Chastidy is the absolute best. She is so kind and engaging. She creates the best energy. The icecream was also good, but she is what makes this place shine.

Rolled ice cream and bubble tea were both exceptionally good. Custom flavors rolled into whatever ice cream you want. Would recommend

Absolutely charming and delicious. This place is a hidden gem and completely worth coming out for the chill and authentic vibes. I felt like it was my birthday! I’ll travel all the way from Rhode Island just to have it again. Their WILDBERRY LAVENDER Thai rolled ice cream made my tastebuds sing to the high heavens. I need to come back. I need to find friends to bring. We all need to share and enjoy this business. Let’s celebrate the excellence that is 0 degrees Thai rolled ice creams!!

Me and my wife absolutely love this place. We love the ice cream. We love the atmosphefear and I will be going back. I had the we had the smore's Glore. Highly recommended excellent prices are good reasonable. I will definitely be going back. And I highly recommend this place. If you love ice cream, you won't be disappointed and they make it right there. If they don't have it fresh, they make it fresh right there for you. So I really like that too.

The ice cream was good, but while I was there waiting, someone who im assuming was the owner started yelling at one of the employees about how they were doing something wrong. And I’m all for telling someone that they need to fix something, but yelling at them isn’t necessary. I personally was very uncomfortable while waiting. Then proceeded to whisper to a new employee that they tell this worker to do things all the time & they don’t listen. Moral of the story, ice cream was fine, but atmosphere was uncomfortable for me personally.

My biggest complaint was the wait time 2 ish hours is beyond excessive but I also can sympathize with the worker as she was friendly and explained that she had to man the shop alone. Besides the wait time the ice cream was amazing but the boba left more to be desired since the tapioca wasn’t very good. Overall a decent visit, stop by when you have the time and see it empty.

I ordered a matcha rolled ice cream, which is green in the picture they have as a sample (which makes sense because it’s green tea). I’ve had lots of matcha ice cream in the past which have always been green, but today I received my first ever light brown matcha ice cream, which was premade (usually you see rolled ice cream being made in front of you) and the name of another person written on the cup. I was a little suspicious but I tried it and it tasted like strawberry ice cream… I had my friends try it as well and none of them said it tasted like green tea. I went to the employee and raised that it was the wrong order but she gaslit me into believing it was the right one by telling me that the matcha ice cream contains strawberry in it as shown in the menu. While strawberry is part of the ensemble in the matcha ice cream, it’s a topping on the matcha rolled ice cream, not crushed and mixed into the actual ice cream. Even after overlooking the terrible customer service experience, the ice cream itself wasn’t fresh and tasted bland, basically like flavored ice. Toppings were also not fresh.

Would not recommend to a friend.

I don’t like the fact that they tried to serve me & my husband pre-made ice cream, then proceeded to try and use spoiled milk after the employee smelled it multiple times telling the owner it doesn’t smell good! Owner ensured her it was good because she “just made it” and not to do what she did in front of a customer! Honestly I respect she did it in front of me instead of giving me something spoiled. SMH , I will never return! Do it at your own RISK!
