Simple little spot that is adjacent to some food options. Good coffee. Latte wasn't as foamy as I would like, but I enjoyed the taste and smoothness. Their hours are really funky and I've found the online hours to be inaccurate at times, so be sure to call and check before you go.

I really enjoy Gastro Park, it's such a fun, inviting space, for kids and adults alike. They've recently introduced Alvarium Roasting to Gastro Park. I was tempted to get the very tasty coffee cocktail Pawsh Spice, but decided to try something else off their summer menu.Beary, Well Shaken is an invigorating blend of berry iced tea, fresh lemon juice and sparking water. This sounds very basic, and it's caffeine free, but it's so energizing and truly refreshing, it felt like it's caffeinated.My mom loves their capuccino. It's creamy, rich and delightful. I'm so glad Alvarium Roasting is now at Gastro Park.

The staff is friendly and efficient. They greet you when you walk in. When you become a regular they remember your order. Today I went in and they apologized for being busy on Friday, my last visit. They were extremely busy, but they were still friendly and I got my tea perfectly done as usual. They serve coffee, lattes and most importantly for me, tea lattes. Run and get your morning drink here. They are the best!

I've dropped by on a couple of weekends for a morning coffee. There's a bit of line, but it moves quickly. The coffee is very good! I'll definitely try to add Alvarium to my weekday afternoon caffeine dash whenever possible.

Las t customer before closing and the lemonade and iced coffee tasted as if it was just made fresh! Amazing flavor, experience, and the staff was BEYOND kind!! Will be making the drive frequently to get a treat here!!

Glad to see Alvarium at Gastropark. Being one of my favorite breweries, I was excited to try their coffee. The quality is just as great as their beer. I am at Gastropark often, so I will be here often as well. A perfect addition for sure.

All coffee blends are roasted to absolute perfection in-house at their home base in New Britain, as are their syrups! The coffee is smooth, syrups are decadent and, the friendly faces of each of the lovely baristas and house roaster, are sure to keep you coming back. Take my word on this; go get yourself some of the best coffee around ????
I'm a big fan of Alvarium Roasting from their New Britain location. I live about the same drive time from there and the new GastroPark location. I checked out Alvarium on Day 1 at GP. I was happy to see two of the nice crew members that I often see in NB. Very friendly and helpful. My black iced coffee was good. Smooth. No aftertaste. Fair value price compared to some other places who charge latte prices for their black cold coffee options.Perfect start on Day 1.Five Stars
