Ridiculous that you cant order a cake or place it there and take it home. Apparently you need to be seated there to have it.

This post is overdue. My daughter was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, so eating out is nearly impossible due to her eating restrictions. After one of her appointments, we found Arugula online. They serve Bell and Evan’s chicken (if you know you know) and she was able to have the delicious chicken skewers. The owner, Chris was wonderful and her staff was amazing! My daughter was so excited to eat out and feel a little bit of normalcy. They were even kind enough to share where they purchase the spices and how the chicken was made! I highly recommend and we will definitely be back! Thank you again for going above and beyond!

Walking around WeHa and my friends and I stopped in for dinner. We sat at the bar and ended up having the best night. The sticky ribs are tender, and the sauce was out of this world. I never had Korean Fried cauliflower but let me tell you that I will have it again. So crispy and flavorful. The calamari is also crispy and delicious. Bao buns were to die for. The Mediteranean sampler/hummus sampler is a must if you like hummus.
I had a white sangria that was very refreshing and my friends had Blood Orange margaritas. Great drinks!!
We met the chef/owners Mike and Chris. They were so welcoming. The pictures around the restaurant are of Chris and her family members. What a lovely touch.
I'll be back and be sure to go on a Tue or Wed night for half-price appetizers.

One of the best food places in west Hartford. Truly impressed with the chef’s talent. The flatbread was phenomenal- we got the wild mushroom which is drizzled in truffle dressing. An absolute must try, one of the best flatbreads I’ve had. The couscous is a staple and delicious but the prize went to the duck confit and wild mushroom ravioli. So much flavor, and the ingredients compliment each other very well in this dish. The only somewhat down side is that it is a smaller space, so you may require a reservation

We had not been to Arugula in years and popped in last night on a whim. Bottom line: Arugula is a true gem. Cozy, European style vibe inside, nice bar area, and while it’s a smaller restaurant, the spacing between the tables and walkways felt just right. Our hostess and waiter were both so kind. We had dueling martinis ? his gin and mine vodka - excellent. Escargot dish was so creative - not the usual approach and it was awesome! The steak was fantastic, juicy with great flavor. Israeli couscous with chicken was scrumptious- loved the abundance, texture, flavors. Lemon cake was decadent! Seriously perfect- we will be back- with friends!

Serving really good food.Very quick too!Such nice atmosphere.Place is almost all the time crowded, so definitely recommend to order a table instead just go and try to get a table.Their duck with ravioli..delicious.Ive ordered also the onion rings, were good, but abit too much bread crumbs for me.Sauce tho..delicious.5/5 for me.
