I'm the mananager of Bridgewater Chocolate in West Hartford Center. Naturally, Easter is one of our most busy weekends. The owner of Barb's (I can't believe I forgot to get his name!) came in to get gifts for his family. While we were getting his order together, he mentioned he was the owner of Barb's. One of my team members, a West Hartford native, immediately exclaims, "You're the OWNER?! I love that place!" As we finished getting his order wrapped up, he offered to get us lunch. We are so incredibly thankful, and I think I have a new favorite pizza place in West Hartford. The cheese pizza we received was nothing short of phenomenal. Barb's Pizza made our entire day! Thank you again!

Excellent pizza with a nice crust and crunch.The owner loves the community. He always is taking time to talk to his customers and their kids. I will forever be a customer.We stopped by on a holiday thinking he was open but closing early. We walked up and saw he was closed. As we were walking away he came out. He said he saw how disappointed the kids were. He made them a large cheese pizza while we waited.Awesome.

Enjoyed the pizza. Ordered ahead and picked pizza. Pizza crust was also very nice - tasty, crispy, they have outside sitting area also. Place is maintained well.

Pretty disappointed with the COVID safety or lack of. The chef has his mask under his nose, the cashiers had their masks under their chins, and at one point as we were eating on the patio they were running around laughing and taking the trash out next to us without masks as we were eating. We did not feel safe. We also had to wait an hour for our pizza.

Rudest restaurant employee in West Hartford. My customer requested plates and forks (it was a delivery to an office building) and this rude 50 year old white guy starts yelling at me about how much he hates my company’s fees. I asked him why he uses our company for deliveries and he yelled “JUST DELIVER THE ORDER.” It was a big order and yet he couldn’t find it in his heart to politely provide paper plates. A simple “no” would have been more respectful. Also I and other people have walked out of here after waiting an eternity for our food to be ready.
