I'm the mananager of Bridgewater Chocolate in West Hartford Center. Naturally, Easter is one of our most busy weekends. The owner of Barb's (I can't believe I forgot to get his name!) came in to get gifts for his family. While we were getting his order together, he mentioned he was the owner of Barb's. Excellent pizza with a nice crust and crunch.The owner loves the community. He always is taking time to talk to his customers and their kids. I will forever be a customer.We stopped by on a holiday thinking he was open but closing early. We walked up and saw he was closed. As we were walking away he came out. He said he saw how disappointed the kids were. He made them a large cheese pizza while we waited.Awesome.
First time to the restaurant. Fantastic service and food was delicious. Haven't been to a place like this in years. Definitely recommend to others and look forward to the next visit.
