Barcelona wine bar and tapas in West Hartford, CT is the best! If you go there sit at the bar where you will receive the best service there is. Nikki and Amanda are the best bar tenders in the center and are extremely attentive, fun and professional. Update: we decided to try this restaurant again. Indoors is still extremely loud. We were seated outside tonight. The music was still loud but I was able to hear a conversation. Food and wine were both excellent and the wait staff were very professional.
