A nice spot located in West Hartford center. I love the smell of waffle when I enter. They offer a variety of signature flavors as well as seasonal taste. The ice cream is rich. You can choice from a variety of waffle cone and topping types. Their staff are always friendly and helpful. Pricing is a bit higher than some of the other ice cream chains, but you get what you pay for.
Long wait on New year day. Only 1 worker at 8pm. I wanted to jump back there and help her but she did a great job without having a bad attitude like most ppl would have done if they were busy by themselves. Wish they offered banana splits I really wanted something with bananas.
It's very expensive but my kid enjoys a visit after orthodontist visits in the center. It's unfortunate that they never seem to have the gluten free vegan options other than fruit sorbet when there are a couple of interesting options they could carry, such as Phish Food.
