Hi! Yesterday was my 21st birthday and at about 12 am I went to this Ben and Jerry’s and had the best experience ever. The workers there (one named Elizabeth) were so nice and friendly to me and my friends. I cannot believe someone would be that happy at 12 am but these two workers were. I love Ben and Jerry’s even more now! Thank you guys!
I had such a great experience at this Ben & Jerry’s thanks to Cordelia (like Cornelia but with a D)! The vibes were immaculate from the moment I walked in. Cordelia was so kind, patient, and genuinely happy to help everyone who came in. She gave great suggestions, delivered some heartbreaking news about my favorite flavor being discontinued (with compassion 😭), and still managed to make me smile the whole time.
