it's clean and organized some of the staff members are nice and they have some good deals some of the staff members are rude and need a training on how to properly speak to their customers who aren't being rude or disrespectful as the rude and disrespectful staff members are

went to the Optical center and the staff was professional and helpful. looking at one other places for glasses then will message my decision. Quite possibly I may buy my glasses here in 2 weeks before my prescription expires

at the New Park Ave store, the employees I dealt with were rude and made us seem like a bother. the receipt fell behind the kiosk so they had me stand in line at customer service...that was pointless. I should have asked for the manager because within 5 seconds, she called up the receipt checker and we were fine to go. we only went there because they had an item that the Manchester store didn't have anymore. 15 min wasted on crappy customer service. I suggest they rethink the layout of self serve because there were many receipts "lost".
