I keep ordering a market bowl and they give me the least amount of food as possible. For 15 a bowl they act like they pay for it themselves. They used to pack the whole bowl full of food for 9bucks..now I get

Had a terrible experience with this Boston Market location. I ordered food with the mobile app; the app said it would be ready for pickup at 6:09 PM; I arrived at 6:05 to discover the restaurant was CLOSED! The sign listing their hours showed it would be open until 8PM, but it was closed. I waited for 15 minutes or so to see whether it was a temporary closure, but no one showed up to open the restaurant ... only people who tried to go in and found the door locked.The next day I called (got a busy signal) and visited. This time it was closed again (should have been open) and a sign said "Back in 15 minutes." I waited, and an employee came, opened the door and let me in. I told him that their app had taken my money and I did not receive my order. He said I'd have to request a refund on the mobile app. I asked him to show me how. He couldn't figure it out, and neither could I. I then told him that he could resolve it by giving me a cash refund. He said he couldn't do that. I told him I would write a very negative review, and that was OK with him. I said, "You must not be the manager." He said, "Yes, I'm the manager, but I'm from a different Boston Market." (And apparently he doesn't care if this location gets bad reviews.) The bottom line seems to be that they can't get enough employees to stay open during their OPEN hours, and the people who fill in don't care about service.I have pursued the issue by filing a dispute with my credit card company, so I should get my $20 back. But in the meantime I wanted to warn everyone to avoid this Boston Market until they have ADEQUATE and CARING (and competent) staff.

I work on a tight schedule and brought a crew of people here the other day. We arrived at 12:15p and the place was closed but had mats hanging on railings. Went out of our way to get here to find out that business was closed during their working hours. No sign explaining anything.

Went in there a couple of weeks ago to use the restroom. Boy was the bathroom and restaurant filthy. The only employee I saw there had the nerve to sit at a table on his phone browsing while he could of been cleaning the place. Location was closed when I came here before the closing time posted on the door. The only lights on in the restaurant were the ones inside the soda cooler. Very disappointed. Have been a customer here for years. The least they could do is post the correct hours or if they’re closed temporarily or permanently on the Google listing.

Went Saturday at 8pm closed, says open until 9Tried calling just now (Sunday 5:30pm) no answer. Called catering division, they tried calling, no answer and they had no idea why. As a large corporation you would think there would be strict guidelines maintaining the restaurants. Guess not. Wont go there anymore, lots of other better restaurants so why support a companythat doesn't value their customers.

We have been ordering from this location for years and have always loved it. Now since the beginning of the pandemic they started going downhill rapidly. They have discontinued favorites like the garlic green beans and stuffing. Then they stopped most of the desserts they sold. The worst is the mashed potatoes now because they changed the recipe and taste horrible. Why mess with a good thing?

There was no selection to be had. The soda machine was not working. The help was not welcoming at all. They looked like they didn’t want to be there. The sign said they were out of most things due to delivery . It looked as if they were going out of business. It was not the same place we have enjoyed before.

It was awful. They didn’t have much to choose from. IOut of a lot of food choices. What they did have was cold not good at all. Soda machine not working , no ice soda was warm. I was very disappointed for over thirty dollars.

1 whole chicken was like the size of my hand. And the "cornbread" was dinner rolls. Probably from stop and Shop across the street.

Went in tonight to grab dinner for my grandmother and myself. And we got there at 5:00pm and got waited on right away. I ordered a quarter white boneless and I asked for a quarter dark boneless but the worker couldn't accommodate me which was fine. But the sides WTH they didn't have mashed potatoes, they didn't have mac and cheese, no creamed spinach, no green beans and the corn bread was burnt at the bottom. So please tell me why this place was open?? If it's on the menu you should have it available. Bad business!

Customer service was great, but unfortunately, the corn bread as hard as a stone completely dry inside out, and the chicken was hard dry with a stale taste.Not to mention that now you can not choose any of the sides because fir some of them you have to pay an extra fee. This restaurant is nothing like it used to be,unfortunately, because my family and I used to have great times and food at this place.Parking: Plenty and easyWheelchair accessibility: Complete access
