Did a Doordash from them for a bagel with salmon and a coffee. Upon delivery I get the coffee and a bagel just with cream cheese. So I was way overcharged on this mistake. Luckily I used doordash and they made good on a credit for the bagel. Normally have not had errors like this from them before. Just was really dissappointing.

I got the Western Breakfast sandwich and was disappointed. It was quite oily and not very flavorful. I'd bet a bagel with cream cheese would be better as the bagel was chewy and crispy.

Had 2 bacon egg and Sriracha honey bagel delivered to me from this location and they hardly even put cream cheese on it, super dry. I'm sure the owner tells employees to cut back on adding cream cheese to cut back on spending on inventory. I should have read the reviews before ordering because looks like this place has a bad reputation of rudness and roaches as well. Had I not had a drink I would have choked on the dryness.

Having lived in CT up until 6 years ago, Bruegger’s Bagels in West Hartford was a frequent stop, especially after church with the family. I was back in CT and stopped in for some bagels. It was a completely different environment. The lighting was dim, tables and chairs were randomly placed - I wondered if the location had closed. I ordered two bagels with cream cheese. I was very surprised to find that the size of the bagels had diminished to the size of an English muffin - for which I paid $8.50. Never again. I would’ve been better off keeping the memories of previous visits when quality was important.

I visited Bruegger’s bagels today during a break in between daycare tours with my newborn. I had planned to get the smoked salmon sandwich, but at the last moment opted for the smokehouse brisket and egg sandwich, and it did not disappoint! I can’t believe how delicious it truly was! I had mine on a garlic bagel and I got extra of the jalapeño cream cheese. I don’t go to Bruegger’s bagels that often but I really hope they keep the sandwich on the menu because I would definitely order it again – I would love to try it on their various other bagels. I had great conversation with the staff, and the service was amazing! The only disappointment was the fact that they do not have a baby changing station in either of the bathrooms. It’s odd in this day and age for an establishment not to have a changing station for babies. That could be a huge deterrent for families.
Kid-friendliness: This location is NOT infant friendly as there are no changing stations in either of the bathrooms.

To me, the best local bagel chain in the area. Lox Stock & Bagel is also great, but I can't walk there. This location is close to me, in the heart of West Hartford, and just makes good bagels! Definitely a good Sunday morning stop to grab something for you or the family!
