Our kids love to sing. We brought them here thinking they would sing and get used to the crowds. The guests and wait staff swore at my kids and ushered out of the restaurant. We did NOTHING wrong. The older people were obviously bothered by younger people people being present and verbally accosted them for trying to take part in singing. It was the worst dining experience we have ever encountered.

The food continues to be very good. The service is prompt, but very rude, which impacted the atmosphere. In a restaurant that was practically empty, we felt rushed with disapproval as our group chatted before ordering. A hovering waiter who was unpleasant as we ordered? Not as if there was a line outside waiting to get in at 5:30pm. Disappointing.

I don't complaining too much on restaurant food but the one I had Saturday 01/27/2024 was so bad .I always like butterfly menu but the chef that cook on that Saturday.......... The fried rice was rough, the chicken wasn't cook well .I saw blood on it . I was busy I couldn't take pictures my experiences on Saturday was the worst I've never had. And it was a day I spent so much money......

Excellent food and service. I love Butterfly's. I always get togo orders because of family situations. The food s always hot when I get it home, I live in Newington so it is not close but worth the trip.

The right amount of spice.l overall.I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience at the Butterfly Chinese Restaurant. It's a place that I would recommend for a delightful dining experience.

The older lady receptionist we're too slow when I got there to pick up my food for take out she was on the phone by the time I got my food it was cold

Food came cold. Pork fried rice was horrible. Very hard, undercooked. Chicken had a lot of fat on it. Overall, not a good dining experience.
