Hospital cafe caliber, server agreed the service was bad because “it was busy”. Time to change management or shut it down

Portions were enormous, reservation time was honored. Wait staff was friendly but could have been more attentive as our drinks were not offered to be refilled and we waited a while for our check. Overall though we continue to enjoy their large menu of offerings and our meals are consistently cooked well.

Very dissatisfied, I ordered on Doordash the shrimp and chicken Jamaican dish and they said they didn't have the sauce to make it which honestly just sounds like an excuse because they were closing soon. Regardless I called and asked if they could just replace it with a dish in a similar price range and they said no. They could have easily done another rice dish like a gumbo or something else but couldn't be bothered. They were only able to fulfill my mac n cheese ball appetizer and drinks. I got a refund but if you don't want late orders then change your closing time on Doordash.

Food is good, but overpriced, but we knew that before coming here. Lots of food options. Disappointed in the manager. I signed up for Cheesecake awards since it was my birthday month, made reservations, drove to the restaurant, ordereded, ate, etc. I was looking forward to my free cheesecake, because it was my birthday month. When it came time for cheesecake, no free cheesecake. The server kindly spoke to the manager and said I needed the email, which hadn't arrived yet. So, we left. We planned to order 5 pieces of cake in addition to our meal, but walked away without ordering any cheesecake. I was bitter. We got delicious dessert at the shake and chocolate store across the street. I won't return to this chain under current management.

I really enjoyed our dinner tonight.All the food was so delicious. Our waitress Victoria D. was very kind and attentive. She told us about the Georgia peach frozen drink and it was amazing. We will be back ❤️

We tried Korean chicken on two occasions it was different both the times.
Considering the number of people coming they take sometime to get your food.
