Usually delicious and awesome and then today we got served bowls so empty of food and joy, clean bottom of the container showing, only enough substance in there to mayb smell. I’m not even mad I’m just sad 😞

I had a truly disappointing experience at this Chipotle in West Hartford. I was discusted with the employees unprofessional behavior. Several staff members were openly joking and laughing while preparing food, semengly oblivious to the fact they were laughing on top of customers orders. This is not only unsanitary but also completely disrespectful. It made me question hygiene standards and overall professionalism of this location. I expect better from a food establishment and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I don’t know her name, but the girl working tonight 7/14. She was amazing. Very accommodating. I came in close to close and wanted a drink that needed to be made and she made it for me 110% amazing customer service.

The food was disgusting, it was literally left back that was basically burning 2 the pan, the lettuce was old..... The restaurant was very dirty NEVER AGAIN will I visit this location and waste my money a lot of money 4 garbage..... Almost $25 for garbage.....

The host with the pretty braids/twists and septum (I didn’t catch their name) loaded my bowl up SOOO GOOD !! I didn’t even ask for extras, everything was perfect!

I visited last night as well and the staff was so kind. :) Much better than my visits in the past (1+ years ago). Thank you!

Game Changer

Yeah, I don't know what clown is running this circus.But the fool was cold.It's not an hour before picking it up for a specific time and it was cold.And it seems like the people in your don't care to talk in your own phone or if it's a rush and met a rush.The people in the back have attitudes.I just really hate this place.I will never be eating here again and yeah it sucks

Somehow my pickup order was ice cold even when I picked it up exactly on time and walked it back to my job 5 mins away in 85 degree heat. Had to toss the food, inedible and no way to reheat, and also nervous given Chipotle's track record of food poisoning.
Contacted the customer service on the app only to be sent thru to a bot. Don't waste your money here.

Hit or miss when it comes to this location. They need to teach whoever in there that's responsible for cooking how to cook rice! Just let it steam for a few more minutes no need to rush!

They never have any steak or chicken. They never have any toppings. They really need new management because why are you always missing something every time I come here and why is the fountain drinks never filled up? I feel bad for the short end of the stick and their management sucks

Rice was uncooked, I got some green stuff on my bowl appearing to be guacamole that I didn’t ask for. Nothing tasted fresh. Boy rushed to make my food and made it very sloppy.

Literally the worst made bowls I’ve ever seen this place should close down its scam and unfair to customers paying the prices

I got two chicken bowls, one for me and one for my friend. Both bowls were the exact same, the only difference was one of them was supposed to have Mild sauce, however, I was given hot sauce. My friend can’t have spicy food so I went up to an employee and told them what happened. They said they couldn’t take the bowl, and didn’t offer to remake it. They gave me a large side of sour cream instead and told me to just put it over it. Not only this but we asked for extra white rice and even then, the portions were inadequate. Very unpleasant experience, would not recommend. We ended up throwing out the bowl because after throwing out half of it to get rid of the sauce and drowning it in sour cream— it was still spicy and not what we asked for.

Very stingy with chicken, the person who did my order I asked them for extra chicken and when they would grab the spoon for the extra that I pay 3 dollars for, it was about 4 little squares of chicken.. are you kidding me?… and the other day when we ordered on DoorDash, they got everything wrong!!! My husband ordered brown rice and guacamole and brown beans, they didn’t add no guac and gave him brown rice and no beans.. that’s not fair if I have to pay for guac, you guys basically just took my money for nothing.
