Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food was good as usual. This location seem like a mess. There were number of people working there but I had a hard time finding a clean table. The soda machine appeared to broken.

Avoid at all costs. This location has no organization what so ever. Staff was joking around with a queue of 12-14 in pick up orders. They ignored customers when they were even trying to ask about their orders. I asked to cancel my order because it was 35 mins overdue and they were rude saying use the app. Not even “hey we’re sorry about the wait.” The best part was the service line for walk in customers was empty and the guy running that station didn’t even try to help the overwhelmed to station. I’ll never be back.

I had a Chipotle burrito tonight and it was pretty darned good just like every other Chipotle burrito I've ever had. I appreciate the consistency.

Can't order sides in a bowl or just 2 sides. The tall manager is rude and unprofessional towards customers. Plus, no fountain drinks available. Glastonbury CT location.

For me it is once a week. Been getting the Burrito from here for a long time.

Went into the chipotle to order food, one of the girls had a major attitude, very rude !! talking loud, seemed like she didn’t want to do her job!! not professional at all, no diversity, will not return to that chipotle.

I ordered delivery from the app. Some items were missing, which is one thing. Then I proceed to open the boxes for the quesadillas and see that instead of the 3 sides I ordered, they threw in about 4 pieces of salsa into each compartment. My order was around $60 and I didn’t get nearly what I paid for. I ordered 1,5 hours before closing so I can’t imagine that they were already closing up the food section. And if so, then don’t make delivery available if you can’t complete the order the costumer paid for. I really wish I could upload a picture of what I received, it looked like leftovers.

I make the line but was mi first time in the restaurant they don't like question and not very Latin friendly. I order a burrito and they make me a bowl I ask for a exchange and they do it but like angry. The flavor of food is good.

Like what was they tryna do have my dad choke over the fact I didn't have $3 for a water up. They don't give you water which should be free. I don't recommend this store as they probably treat people without respect. No one should have to argue over a water cup. Other places have given me water for free so even if you choke they'd rather have you dead cause you don't have $3.
