I regularly visit this store, but yesterday, the server was lazy and claimed everything was out of stock, even though the items were in the back freezer. Later, the manager went and got them. It was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I love Chipotle, but because of this terrible service, I will never return to this location.

Let me preface this by saying that I love Chipotle. My food was great, too. But this particular location needs help. It’s not clean at all, and they clearly need more staff to manage their customer load.

Vegetarian options: Sofritas and veggie burritos are both fantastic options.

This has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. From the person taking your order to the cashier ringing you out, you will experience nothing short of utter rudeness. I was astounded. I thought maybe it was just me. Then, after I got my food and proceeded to watch her interactions with other customers, she was continuously just as rude. She even pretended to head-but a customer after the customer had walked away. The female worked specifically with the long red-dyed/tinted hair in a pony-tail should be fired and should not be allowed to work with or serve customers and represent this establishment.

Let me start off by saying this was the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever received. The girl working was very rude to customers, acting like she didn’t care and was annoyed at them, was openly on her phone at the register while I was waiting to order chips, and was also being snarky to her coworkers. Terrible terrible, worst experience ever, if you’re gonna work then work, bleh, this ruined my day. Bleh. She hurt my feelings and was incompetent. Bleh. Ok there’s my rant, I hope nobody has to checkout while she is at the register or else you will be met with her wrath. Bleh.

Overall my experience was poor at this location. The cashier with orange hair had a terrible attitude and did not even answer me when I greeted her. She continued to be rude in our short interaction. Please consider placing someone else at the register. She has terrible customer service skills which looks poorly on your establishment. I visited at 7pm on November 14th.

If you want to be ignored, have to wait for your food that was supposed to be ready a half hour ago, and like a crew of workers that have attitude problems, then this is the Chipotle location for you. It’s taken me 3 trips to this place, only to be dealt the same circumstance each time. Please, manager of this location, get your crew re-trained in the proper worker to customer etiquette. It would be very helpful to you, them, and future customers.

Food pictured is from the Southington, CT location but this review is specific to the West Hartford (Corbin’s Corner) location.

After a horrible experience at a sit down restaurant and ultimately leaving without having dinner I visited the Southington, CT Chipotle to get a meal to go (Chicken Bowl). I then drive back home 6.8 miles, got inside, sat at the dining table and went to eat my meal. First bite and found the chicken was burned; it even smelled burned.

Tried calling the West Hartford (Corbin’s Corner) location to see if they would remake it so I didn’t waste a trip but couldn’t get anyone on the phone so just decide to take a chance and drive down; figured since all Chipotle locations are corporate owned that they would just remake it and all would be good.

Well…. Got to the Corbin’s Corner location 2.6 miles from my house and asked if they could remake it. The employee grabbed the shift lead / manager (not sure what her title was). She said they couldn’t because I didn’t order from their store and that it wasn’t an online order pickup. Flabbergasted I stated that they are all corporate owned so why is it an issue? Chipotle as a company has my money and the store isn’t franchised so made no sense. The employees even confirmed the store is corporate owned and the girl I was speaking with even confirmed (in shock) that the food was burned and smelled burned. She contacted her AP (I believe she called it) and they said they couldn’t not remake it. Needless to say I wasn’t happy and was very confused. The girl then said she could remake it if I wanted to pay for it or I could leave her a $10 tip and she’d override the food at the register…. YES she would remake my food if I have her a $10 tip but wouldn’t remake it if I didn’t… Basically was bribed / extorted.

I reached out to Chipotle customer support and requested a callback from a corporate employee. I was told in the email as you can see that if a manager decided to call me they would… Well excuse me…. Guess Chipotle is doing so great they could care less about any customer services issue.

I won’t be returning.

Very sloppy and rude poor costumer service

Extremely understaffed. Placed an order on the app at 8PM on a Saturday night. Arrived at the estimated pick up time (8:10PM) and it was not ready for pick up. Had to wait additional 20 minutes from the estimated pick up time to finally get my food. The app was marked as “ready for pickup” at like 8:15PM-8:20PM but they didn’t give us our order until we had to ask for it again. When I got my ordered, most of my sides were missing specifically guacamole and they didn’t even let me know or offer me a refund. I had to find out by looking through my order and ask for a refund. They were just going to not give me my ordered sides and take my money… now I’m here writing this reviewing eating my cold @$$ food
