Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was at this location today with my kids, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The employees were not paying attention at all. I had to speak loudly to place our order, and even then, they kept asking me to repeat the exact instructions. They were busy talking among themselves and seemed annoyed with me for simply ordering my food right in front of my kids.

On top of that, after we finally finished ordering, they refused to accept a $50 bill. I was lucky I had my credit card with me at that moment; otherwise, I would have had to leave the food behind after all that trouble. I can’t imagine how much food gets wasted every day if other customers end up in the same situation.

This is extremely poor management and terrible customer service. As a business owner myself, I genuinely feel bad for the owner because the staff is ruining the business. I wish I could give zero stars. We will not be returning to this location.

Literally no one in line, a woman at the online order station making a burrito, how are you going to look a customer in the eye and tell them “we’re not making burritos at this time”.

Well someone is, just not for me I guess. I wish a Moes would open up closer.

The woman with the glasses should be on register if she isn’t on the mood to make burritos

I don’t usually add reviews to restaurants but this was really upsetting. I never usually go to this Chipotle and I don’t plan on coming back. I ordered a Quesadilla with extra rice and when I pulled it out of the bag I was very disappointed. There was the tiniest container of rice (similar to the size of a cup you would get ketchup in a restaurant) and the quesadilla was half the size it usually is. The food was good but not for the $14 I paid.

I am not a fan of this chain to begin with but this was the worst one I have been too. Place is run down. Absolutely filthy all over. Some servers were friendly while others couldn’t be bothered. Bathroom was disgusting

I just went and the lady handed my burrito off and the next lady just wrapped it up without asking me if I wanted anything else. I told the cashier and she said I can get some sides in a cup if I wanted to but what was I suppose to do get 10 sides in cups?

No idea how this place is still open in such a nice area. Super dirty. Employees don’t seem to care. Not to mention waited for a while with zero interaction (was only person there at that moment). Ended up leaving without food. Got grossed out just waiting and looking at the mess especially where they make the food.

I love how I walk in to place an order an all staff if standing in the back talking and they seen me an still continued to stand there in talk not even acknowledging me I wasn’t expecting them yo break there neck to service me but at least acknowledge I’m there by saying I’ll be right with you after 3 mins I left not worth it I’ll make chipotle at home

Same as the others, really. Dirty, bad attitudes, stuff out of stock. What the heck is going on with this brand? The WH center location is the same. I will not be eating here again.

I ordered a chicken bowl, but the employees were serving very small portions of chicken and seemed to be pushing customers toward paying for double chicken. They also ran out of ingredients, which made the experience worse. Overall, Chipotle’s service has been declining with each visit, and this might be my last time eating there. Other restaurants, like CAVA, are doing a much better job with both portion sizes and customer service.

I would just be rehashing what all the other review places are saying. There are a lot of decent places to eat near this chipotle. Go there instead.
