The worst!!! I told the cashier that the prices on the menu is less than what she was charging. She responded with ya they haven’t changed it yet…i told her that I want to pay the MENU price and she said no…. So ya…keep your overpriced frozen lemonade.

The Staff……. As I get older I wonder if I was like this when I was younger and working. Not bad life but they didn’t respect the fact they had customers. Talked to each other the whole interaction.Why 4 Stars? Cause the Cinnabon was delicious.

The kids working here are rude and don't care about their jobs. I asked for help for a solid 5 minutes before asking if I wasn't in line and that's why I was being ignored. The girl with the glasses behind the counter just shrugged and walked off.... I left.I wish I could give 0 stars.

The service I got from the Cinnabon West Hartford location was phenomenal! Lissette, the store manager and her crew did an amazing job preparing my take out catering order. The cinnabons where a big hit, as we served them as a surprise instead of cake for my daughters birthday; because she is crazy about cinnabons!
