I came here often and actually found it cozy. Last weekend I returned and didn’t like the place at all. Fast-food type of furniture, messy behind the counter and in front, cappuccino had way too much milk.

This restaurant has been around for years in a cozy little pocket around the corner for the parking lot. Such an amazing menu of signature salads and sandwiches. A++ and did I mention how friendly the staff is, because they are!

Horrible service, I called three times and three times in a row was asked to be put on hold by a gentlemen. Each time when I told him I wanted a pickup order and needed a total of five sandwiches he would suddenly fake not being able to hear me and would then proceeded to hang up. When I arrived thinking the place must have been packed I found the exact opposite with two total customers and the two girls behind the counter were trying to figure out who felt like helping me. So after ordering and waiting and then receiving my order, I proceeded to leave where I saw a male associate the only one in this evening and he was sitting and eating with his pals. Customer service can not get much worse than this.

This is the second time I ordered breakfast here. The first was Ham/Egg/Cheese on bagel. It was horrible! The Egg was half cooked. Today was second time asked for a Bagel/ with X Cream Cheese. The girl behind counter not so friendly. She begins to make sandwich so I go wait at end of counter where opening is so the workers can come out. She finishes the bagel put on middle of counter closest to door so I have to walk over there when she walks past me. Customer Service goes along way!!!! She could have just handed to me as she walked right by me instead of me having to walk over to where she left on counter..plus she didnt even ask if i wanted my bagel toasted she just assumed!

I have been eating here for over 5 years and have never been so disgusted with this restaurant. My friend and I ordered 2 Chicken Cesar Salads today, both had long strands of hair in them that were not our own. On top of that after dumping our plates out we discovered a bug in my salad. I am truly disgusted and disappointed. Will NOT be dining here any longer.
I am a regular customer and I just had the worst experience ever! The cashier on May 17 at around 6:10pm had the most disgusting attitude, she couldn't even fake a smile.. she made me feel as if I were a bother. I've never had any complaints on the food because it's decent, but the horrible customer service makes me never want to spend another penny at this restaurant.

Easy sandwhich and salad place in West Hartford center that is very similar to Panera. I usually do the take two option here so I can get a salad and half a sandwich. They have cups for water so you don't have to purchase a drink. Nothing fancy but all the food has been good and pretty quick to come out. In the summer they have some outdoor seating as well.

We used to have lunch here a lot when we lived here in CT. We went today to grab lunch and the place seems to have gone downhill. Our sandwiches used to be full with chunks of chicken but now we got really thin sliced breast enough to cover the bread but hardly enough to satisfy an appetite. They got real flimsy. The carrots I got looked old. They were dry and white. I gave them back. Too bad. We liked coming here on our CT visits
