We went on a Monday morning around 7:40 am and there was a minimum wait. All of the coffees/lattes we ordered were really good and flavorful. The fresh squeezed oj was also a pleasant surprise. We got the loaded bagel on an everything bagel and it did not disappoint! The real star of the show was the pistachio croissant and I’m so glad this store isn’t close to home or I’d be in trouble!!

I have to be very honest, I was extremely disappointed getting home and unpacking my families lunch 8/20 from West Hartford’s Doro Marketplace. The grilled cheese (pic attached in comments) and chicken parm croissant were burned. It surprised me that the two sandwiches were even allowed to leave the kitchen. I am a frequent customer at the Wethersfield location, and never had an issue with the quality. This is not the first time that I have received food items burned from the WH location. I have emailed the WH Location, as well as the main cooperation website with no reply back. I wanted you to be aware that this is the type of quality food this location is selling to customers. Would they have served this to me if I dined in? Please advise cooks that food like this should never be sold to customers.
Rudest staff ever!!! I waited 5 min for them to finish their private conversation before I asked if I can place and order! No basic customer service at all!

YOUR TO GO COFFEE CUPS ARE HORRIBLE. They constantly leak and fall apart. It’s a shame because the coffee within them is consistently delicious, and the food is absolutely fire. I love this place but PLEASE GET DIFFERENT CUPS!!!

Went there for coffee and bagels. Coffee was excellent and made to order. Barista area couldd be expanded to allow for faster service during peak times. But the bagel and spread selection could be better, and based on my bagel, it looked like they were rationing the cream cheese! 😂

Their pastries are delicious and their tiramisu latte is absolutely dreamy. I literally have dreams about it. Service here is also always prompt and courteous.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, a beverage, you really can’t go wrong with your order here…until you get to the register and they tell you the price and flip that dreaded tip screen and you can’t help but tear up and scramble to quickly check your bank balances. But I keep coming back, do with that what you will.
