Overall, my experience is always great. However, this is the second time where the food quality is not up to par with such a great restaurant. The bagel is clearly burnt and hard to consume.

Thank you for the extra time I spent figuring out my budget during your closing time. I wish I could have stayed longer drinking the Delicious spiced hot white chocolate mocha drink. Atmosphere was very nice and cozy.
