Terrible service... the staffjust does not give a crap about what they serve and how they serve it. I do not know how this place is still in business. If the owner is reading this, please get better employees and pay them well so they care about the business and customers.

I went to the Dunkin in West Hartford Center with a gift card in hand. The inside is very small, with a few tables. I ordered a cappuccino, a latte, a peppermint cold brew and a triple chocolate muffin. The cold brew was for me, and they got it wrong. I really wasn't that disappointed because the "wrong" drink was very delicious! Perhaps even better then what I ordered. It was some type of rich chocolate with cold foam. The rest of the drinks were all correct. And everyone was happy! The chocolate muffin was very fresh and soft. It broke apart easily for sharing. It was also very tasty. This is a nice Dunkin, I wouldn't hesitate stopping here in the future.

One word. Mary! She was so helpful and pleasant. Even when I forgot something and added to my order she never once got upset. This is the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to! I wish all the chains had a Mary working there! Clone her quickly!

I've been going here for many years. It had some rough times during COVID but seems to have bounced back. The current owner and her husband have done an excellent job with some renovations and take pride in keeping it up. They still have an "All you can eat" pizza and wings night (at a great price) on Mondays and have added to Weds as well. Their wings are excellent and they offer a good variety of flavors to choose from. Only problem is that the service is very slow at this time and they automatically add the tip for this special. They also have entrees, grinders and craft beer. Great place to go!
Ordered ahead on the app. My order was right on the receipt but every drink and item of food was wrong. Butter on the bagel and cheese on the sandwich that was supposed to have no cheese and regular milk in the drink which was supposed to have a non dairy alternative. I get it’s busy and a Dunkin but come on. Don’t offer the alternatives if you aren’t going to staff your locations enough to handle them.

Order # 6997The cashier was very rude an unprofessional when ordering my drinks. I went to use the mens room and the bathroom was not clean. There was urine and fecal matter on the toilet seat. There was hair trimmings in the bathroom sink along with no soap. I will not return.

Excellent service! We got a sourdough sandwich for FREE for the wait we had. The manager and employees are very friendly and kind. The restaurant is clean. It's a small space, but most people get their orders to go anyways.
