Girl in the pink hair deliberately ignored me when I was missing my items, she had an AirPod in one ear and I asked her three times “excuse me”, she proceeded to ignore me then talk to her coworker. Other girl with the curly hair and piercings had a full line yet was the only one who helped. Not sure if the hair dye got to her head and seeped into her ears or if the AirPod was drowning out all surrounding noise but she doesn’t have any customer service skills!

absolutely terrible. there’s an older hispanic woman at the register who is incredibly rude. everytime I would tell her one thing she’d repeat another. she ended up not even charging me for the drink i asked for so we were waiting around for nothing until i checked the receipt again. another man came over and was so kind and didn’t even charge me for her mistake even though i was willing to pay for it at this point because i had redeemed my points and the drink was to be free. Service and quality here has always been bad, but today was more than awful.

There is a guy with glasses that has only been at the register when I’ve gone in and he is so rude I can’t imagine anyone would hire him let alone be the first face you see when you walk in! I thought maybe the first two times I walked in. He might be having a bad day but today is number three and he is awful scowling face doesn’t change!

Very poor customer service. Would not give me my refund for my drink when they were out of stock. Told me I had to hold call Dunkins to get my refund. Did not offer a substitute. Not going back

One of the worst places and worst services in the whole state! The teenagers working there are just talking and having fun and the left the line of the people going out because they don’t serve and don’t want to serve them! They gave me very old food, to quit going there, it caused me to be sick and vomiting the whole day! They don’t respect and don’t assist the clients all what they do there is eating and talking together and when they see people there waiting they just ignore them so they leave without buying anything! I hope that the manager will have more respectful, convenient and active staff over there cause they ruined the reputation of Dunkin Donuts by having such horrible employees!! Too bad and shameful! Not recommended at all!
