This Dunkin’ Donuts needs great improvement, customer service is horrible, my donuts were hard, and the mice and flys are unbelievable . Never will I come here again

Considering that this was at WestFarms Mall, it filled a necessary need, which was to get a coffee. The service was okay, which is saying something, as this D&D gets really slammed on the weekends. Prices were higher than normal, but I think that's directly due to the location itself (high rent equals high prices in order to keep the same cost margins).

Provide better donuts etc...compare these products to Young Buns in Mystic Connecticut and you'd never buy this again. Coffee unacceptable and flavor free. It could be reassessed and greatly improved.

Wanted to buy here. Don’t order an hour before closing, they stop serving you unless you want stale donuts that have been prepared the previous morning.

horrible customer service there was a line out of the door which could mean they were just busy so i decided to mobile order my food cause all i wanted was an everything bagel, i see and hear the order come through and there are 2 people on shift one is in the back doing dishes as they are getting ready to close, while the other one is supposed to be taking orders but anstead is talking with these 3 or 4 boys at the ordering counter and giving them free donuts, munchkins and drinks while my food is already payed for and waiting to be made, i ended up waiting around 10 mins just for this bagel because the black girl who is built like a upside down bowling pin is to busy giving out free food and drinks, worst dunkin/ fast food place i have ever been to and i am not even somebody to write a complaint but i just feel like there is a lot of room for improvement in this store.

The worst dunkin ever. Staff is ghetto and immature rude to customers. They are slow and inefficient. They will let you stand for 15 minutes without even telling you something is ready. They don't call out orders. They get mad when you ask questions just horrible. There needs to be a real Manager on-site. These young people exhibit horrible custmer services skills and is a blight to the dunkin name. Don't bother stopping here at all. Go to South Main street.

Not enough employees, all 3 of them trying to prepare orders while customers are waiting to give orders. Line overflowed outside of Dunkin.

They’re unprofessional they’re rude and couldn’t get the proper spread on my bagel and handed me a hard bagel with a mess of mixed spread a disgusting mess this happened yesterday with the 2 pm crew and the wait was ridiculous

This dunkin consistently only hires employees with absolutely no sense of urgency, on top of always only scheduling two people to work on busy Sunday mornings. Any time I come to this Dunkin, they have airpods in, ignoring customers. I get that it can be tough working in food service, but my above experience has been the same for the last several months pf coming here, with multiple different employees. Even when you attempt to avoid long wait times by mobile ordering, it still takes around 25-30 minutes no matter how busy or slow the establishment is. Whoever the manager is here should be ashamed of the business they are running.

Just had the worst experience at 8 am went through the drive through the girl was so rude because I wanted to select my donuts !!!!! In the middle I needed to know how many I had left if you could hear the attitude!!!!! If you don’t like your job get a new one. Fix your attitude your in customer service.

Ordered a drink, waited for a while then followed up on my order as other orders kept passing mine. "The only person that [knew] how to make it was in the bathroom." It would have been good information to know when I was ordering my drink. Typical DD. Westfarms mall deserves a better vendor. This will be the last time I will support this business.ever.

I deleted my previous review because this place has gone downhill as many reviews show and I'd like to add my own take. Since last year, the customer service has gone down the drain. They kept messing up my mobile orders, coffee tastes horrible unless it's an iced flavored latte, they don't know how to do anything. My biggest complaint is the manager who is a rude person that gives me attitude everytime I come to pick up my order. Never going there again.
