So not much to complain or praise about. What i do notice is alot of inconsistency in their food items. I get a bacon and egg alot and they have a couple types of bacon and never is it the same on the sandwich. And yes one is way better than the other but I'm not one to fuss in line so maybe it's me and I should speek up

The worst Dunkin, to go too. First time I visited they burned my bacon egg and cheese croissant. The coffee ☕ was not to standard either. Asked for it to be light and sweet with cream not milk and they put in milk. Horrible attention to details.... Second time I decided to give it a second chance today Oct 22, first I wanted two of the wake up wrap just the egg and cheese with a small coffee ☕. Why they were charging me 10.00$ like what Nooooooo! I ask wait the wrap used to be like two for about 1$ or 2$ dollars and change? They responded the wrap are now 3.99$ for just the one I wanted. OMG!!! I said forgetabouit give me just the small coffee. And again, they did it with milk not cream. Why would anyone hire anyone that don't really understand English???? While Americans are being robbed out of our saving and pensions.... Sad, REALITY!!!

In the last 3yrs this location has changed for the worst. Ordered a caramel swirl cappuccino. That was prepared 2x bc the employee did not know how to make it. Along with that a simple ice coffee with 4 pumps of butter pecan 3 creams. That taste like black ice coffee. The ladies behind the counter are loud and talk a lot. I’ll be taking my business on South main st.

Where is the worst Dunkin' Donuts that I've ever went to we're moving so we have a whole bunch of people trying to move with us so we bought one of those big family boxes for coffee the coffee is like water I will never come to this place ever again and I tried to call and talk to the manager but when you call the number it's a voicemail that's not been set up that is very unprofessional so if you really want to have a decent Dunkin' Donuts go right down the street to where it's shell inside is Dunkin' donuts and you'll get better coffee

I ordered mobile coffee and egg cheese wraps, when I got there they gave the wrong size coffee and told me they do not have egg cheese wraps.They offered me croissant with egg and cheese which I did not want it.So I got refund for the cheese egg wraps and was very upset. I would never go there the service is awful !!!
