I went to Dunkin Donuts on Park Road in West Hartford for a grilled cheese. What I got was 2 slices of dry rye bread with some cheese and bacon microwaved, not grilled. It was terrible.

Certain customers get special treatments if you are known by the shift leader you can just cut the line and get served. I didn’t know you had VIP service now. I expect to be served as you come in if there’s a line wait like the rest that are waiting. Then wanna be rushing me to get out the way to serve the next person in line but it’s ok when the guys she knows just comes in and already asking him what he wants while there is people waiting in line.

Ok so let me tell u about this D&D. I love the early am staff. They're always on point with ANY beverage I order. The coffee and drinks are always made right the 1st time. The staff always are friendly and prompt. Come here to this D&D for a good donut and beverage experience. The dine in area is always clean and kept

Yesterday I Bought a Toasted Everything Bagel, which cost $1.74, I asked for extra butter, they added $1.50 to the cost, "for BUTTER" on a Bagel. This is Ludacris, I Will never go back again. DUNKIN DONUTS has lost my business fo Life. You'll only Rob me once, but never again.
Smaller Dunkin w/o a drive thru, but it's one of my favorite locations. Staff is always really friendly, the line moves really quickly, and it's relatively clean.Kid-friendliness: I bring the kid I babysit here to grab donuts as an occasional reward and it can be a slow process at times....staff is always patient and friendly.

The young man who took care of me was patient, kind,courteous, and understanding; the reason I say this is because I'd went to 3 other Dunkins before this one and all 3 were close an hour before scheduled and the employees were rude. This gentleman did his job appropriately! He shut down when he was supposed to and was so humble! He turned a long, hard evening to a memory!
