Staff forgot to make our coffee. They just left us in the front of the store for more than 10 min. We were yelling knocking calling the phone. No one showed up for 15 min and she came from across the street.

Won’t be returning after today.

I ordered a bagel with veggie cream cheese. By the time I got to work and took a bite, the flavor and texture were clearly off. When I opened it up, the cream cheese was visibly spoiled and curled.

Someone knowingly spread spoiled cream cheese on a customer’s food. That’s unacceptable and foul behavior. On top of that, your store’s phone number doesn’t even work for me to have called about it.

Check your stock. Check your dates. Do better.

The woman working is so rude..Plz close this one down. Called her out today while placing my order and said you don’t have to be rude and she goes “whatever adios” not sure why she’s so miserable when she’s making $20 an hour. I’m actually disgusted by her behavior and how she treats people. FIRE HER.

The workers always have an attitude. They don’t say hello when you pull up to the drive thru window and they just hand you your food/drink and walk away. I asked for a longer straw for my medium drink and the girl at the window just laughed. Customer service seriously needs to improve.

I want to start by saying that my issue is not with the staff personally—I understand how hectic and stressful the morning rush can be, especially at a busy location like this one. That said, I do feel this location would benefit from more training and attention to detail.

During my recent visit, the girl taking my order seemed unsure of how to ring in my iced chai tea latte. I had to repeat my order three times, and it looked like she was struggling to find the correct button. I wasn’t upset—just observant—and it made me think she may not typically work the register or hasn’t been fully trained on all menu items.

When I received my drink, it wasn’t stirred and wasn’t completely filled. The first sip was mostly syrup, which was a little frustrating, but I stirred it myself and let it go because I could tell they were busy. Still, quality control matters, even during a rush. The woman who made the drink also seemed visibly irritated, which made the interaction a bit uncomfortable.

There also seems to be an ongoing issue with how the register is set up. A while back, I ordered a white cheddar bagel toasted with butter and cream cheese, but was given a white cheddar bagel twist instead. I pointed it out, but accepted it anyway because I didn’t want to make things more difficult during a busy time. It seems the register only has a button for the twist and not the bagel, which leads to confusion that the customer ends up dealing with. If both items are sold, both should be on the system.

One other thing I noticed during my visit was that multiple employees—at least three—had their hair down instead of tied back or in a bun. As a former Dunkin’ employee myself, I know how important it is to follow food safety standards, and wearing hair up helps minimize the risk of it getting into food or drinks. It may seem minor, but it’s something customers do notice.

In summary, I think this location could really benefit from:
• Stronger, more consistent employee training
• An updated register system that includes all menu items (like the white cheddar bagel vs. twist)
• A bit more attention to quality control during busy times
• Enforcing basic food safety standards like hair being tied back or in a hairnet.

Again, I don’t blame the staff—they’re likely doing their best under pressure—but some improvements behind the scenes could make a BIG difference for both customers and workers.

Decided to go early this morning got my usual which is sparked energy. Got it and it tasted watery and not fizzy decided to go back and soon as I go to window I guess “manager linda” decided to yell and say that she doesn’t know how it taste like that if she just opened the water bottle. Not the first time this manager has yelled I’ve seen her take it out on employees before. As she’s going to make a new one she’s talking under her breath. I decided to get my money back and we’re still going back and fourth. Very unprofessional. Everyone else there I’ve never had a problem and customer service is there. Get new management maybe workers won’t look as disappointed. Also not the first time I’ve had to go back and redo drink.

Great customer service to bad they dont care about the food quality and customer satisfaction. food is not being prepared properly. You can easily get mashed potatoes on your bag after ordering hash browns. Or order a sandwich and just got butter and bread . Sadly this had happened in plenty of times , and was my favorite location.

I needed a quick iced coffee on my way home after a long day and didn’t get my fix until I made this purchase. I ordered a large iced coffee but was given a medium—with a straw meant for a large cup. The receipt on the cup even said large. How do you mess that up when the order is right in front of you? And this spot wasn’t even busy at 6 p.m. Almost $6 for a medium that tasted like garbage. Sure, I could’ve turned back, but I just wanted to get home
