I needed a quick iced coffee on my way home after a long day and didn’t get my fix until I made this purchase. I ordered a large iced coffee but was given a medium—with a straw meant for a large cup. The receipt on the cup even said large. How do you mess that up when the order is right in front of you? And this spot wasn’t even busy at 6 p.m. Almost $6 for a medium that tasted like garbage. Sure, I could’ve turned back, but I just wanted to get home

I bought 25 munchkins and medium caramel coffee and munchins are hard and some crumble when by touch. I call the store on new park in Hardford and I told that they were just made this morning. HOW CAN THAT BE IF THRY FEEL LIKE THEY HAVE BEEM MADE A FEW DAYS AGO. $9.49 for 25 munchkins

This is by far my worst dunkin experience yet... took them 5 minutes to take my order. Lady was busy arguing with someone in the drive through while the others stood around and did nothing... The cook was super fast and I appreciate him for that. The lady messed up my order not paying attention, made a huge mess and made someone else clean it for her. Wouldn't recommend this dunkin. Great thing the better ones are super close by, if I weren't in a rush I would've went there instead

Parking: There are a 1/2 dozen spots by the front door and then the rest of the parking is at the other end of the building on the side past 2 other stores.

I spent almost $100 on two box of Jo’s and 2 Dozen donuts on my companies morning brew, I did not get a welcoming feeling the crew seemed as if they didn’t want to work and when I as well as other customers placed orders the front counter girl that was making drinks gave a smirk and and attitude towards the amount I ordered she looked annoyed that she had to make the order to make it worse my staff only got half a Jo full and ten bags of tea for $25 each Jo this is the most expensive tea I ever purchased I will never go to this location again and will make sure my company avoids it as well. I feel if you don’t like your job find something else customer service means making sure your customer walks out happy and satisfied with the service you are providing for the company that is paying to to be a customer service representative

Twice this week, I visited this location. My first visit I placed a mobile order and two items were missing from my order. I didn’t complain or turn back because I had to get my son to school. The older woman who greeted us at the woman was very pleasant and cheerful! This morning when I went I paid cash $6.45. I ordered a hot cocoa and a donut and the total was $6.42. The cashier came back as I was leaving and said I owed her $.42. I was confused and asked did she have the quarter and two dimes. She began raising her voice to me and saying that I was going to be talked to how I spoke to her. Not once did I raise my voice!! Not once was my tone rude, I was simply asking how I was short seeing as I had given more than what was due. This younger cashier was disrespectful, rude, unprofessional and out of line!!I will never return here!!

I used to love coming here because most employees are very kind and the atmosphere was clean, the place nicely new renovated. But this one woman completely ruined my experience. Instead of asking me in a gentle way to do something, she loudly embarrassed me in front of the whole establishment and proceeded to fight with me. I won’t be coming back. There’s enough Dunkins around here that I can go to instead of supporting this franchise. I come to Dunkin to relax after a tough day. Even if that employee had a point, going about it that way completely made my brain not listen to anything she was saying.
