Honestly zero in ratings, couldn't receive my doordash order because employees there suck and didn't allow my dasher to pick up the order, when he was explaining the situation with my order the girl on the counter didn't want to listen and got mad for no reason, then another employee kick my dasher out of there threatening to call the police... again for no reason. Guetto behaviour if you ask me, I thought this pizzeria was in West Hartford not in the North End of Hartford. Some people deserve to be stuck where they are.

Place is a fraud and reporting them immediately, I explicitly said no to extra tipping , why would I pay $18 for a gyro , bad enough it was $16.59 , they charged my card after the sale an additional $2 without my consent amd explicitly saying no , crooks

Ordered online 1 large pizza, 1 small pizza and an order of fries. My husband went to pick it up and was told they didn't have it. He explained we ordered and paid for it online and the cook/owner? lost his mind. Another customer was there with the same problem. My husband called and I forwarded him the receipt. As my husband was talking to me the guy took his phone out of his hand and began to talk to me in the most condescending way calling me sweetheart and grilling me on what was ordered. He wanted to know what size fries and I said I don't know but they cost $7.99 and he told me their fries cost $6.99 and I said then you overcharged me. Come to find out they only sell one size of fries. He spoke so belittling to me that I hung up and left my husband to deal with him. Except for the fact we paid he would have left. As my husband was waiting a customer came in with an order for 34 pizzas. If you get an exceptionally large order that you are struggling to fulfill then you turn off online orders. We got our order finally after about 45 minutes and after being a loyal customer through multiple owners that was our last time.

I appreciate the conversation. My baby loves the chicken alfredo. The guy loves the wings. Wonderful place & they deliver.

Ordered grinder and a pizza, the delivery only brought a grinder. Called the store and they said I got what I ordered and they wouldn't be bringing me anything else so now I paid for a pizza I never received.

The pizza tastes like the pizza from a dollar store. I got a slice of pepperoni and if I wasn't hungry I would have thrown it away. I didn't feel comfortable or welcomed here

My goodness the workers are so rude. One employee allowed me to add mushroom to my slice of cheese for an extra price. Another worker yelled at me saying they won’t do it. They don’t seem to realize that they’re located in West Hartford. Take that attitude to the north end of Hartford.

I've ordered from this place several times with zero issues always placing the same order. However, this time, when i got home and checked my order, I noticed the usual 2 grinders with double meat, which I paid for didn't have double meat. So I call back, and they tell me to come back to get the correct order. Mind you, I live 20 minutes away. So I get there and the owner proceeds to come from the back and say, you can't order from here anymore, due to me complaining about paying for something I paid for. I let him know I would NEVER spend my money with such a rude person anyways. I told him he would probably spit in it. My advice is to stay clear of this dreary, low energy establishment.

I tried to place an order for delivery, the delivery address was only 13 minutes away from the restaurant. I placed my order with the owner on the phone after I gave him the address he said “please hold” and then proceeded to hang up on me. I called right back and he said that it needed to be a minimum of $15.00 for delivery or else it “wouldn’t be worth it”. I made the order to meet the minimum, gave him the address again and he said “sorry I’m not delivering there”. And hung up on me again. I would have understood, but he was very rude and not professional at all. Mumbling and hanging up on me. Not worth it to go to this restaurant if you ask me.

Love their pizzas and salads! Pizzas are delicious and salads are large and fresh. This is our go-to place.
