Ordered delivery twice from this place and on both occasions they screwed up the order and did not provide part of my order. Not worth the hassle

Visited this location recently. Ordered 6 burgers. 5 of the 6 had the wrong ingredients. I don't think they paid attention to what was ordered, just did their own thing. They also forgot the 2 beverages for the order. Their customer service skills are non existent including the manager, Sheldon.

That’s was the best five guys for me, I always come only to this location, until one day I come late like 9:30 I usually come late, This time The guy was very rude, give me faces and attitude like he do me a fever I ignored that, and then another guy come from the back, Go to make the French fries, suddenly I realise him take the French fries from white packet no gloves nothing who know what he did before, I thought in this moment I will throw up, I left in shock was so gross, what the point to use gloves after if in the same moment u use all ur hands inside packet full of water where was the French fries, God so gross, I don’t eat a lot of meat so only five guys and chipotle it’s my places, Do better Five guys u burger it’s enough expensive to do something like this, and also with ur employees to act like this.

Great bugers and fries! If you have been you know. Always an overflowing cup of fries with more in the bag. Better than other fast food places, but higher priced. Burger, fries and drink will be about $20.

Fries were soggy burger was too small for the high price and the chemical sludge they have the nerve to call a shake has absolutely nothing to do with milk and ice cream. They use the worst and cheapest oil based cheese. I walked out of there disappointed and hungry. Fast food is dead and this places over priced garbage food is no better than the crap they serve at the big three McDonald's burger king and wendys
