Best Chinese food I have had in Connecticut! The egg roll was crispy with a good amount of pork. Pork fried rice was excellent! Great boneless spareribs! Wish they gave a bit more duck sauce. Will definitely be back! If you are looking for Boston area style Cantonese Chinese food try this place out!

I'm probably biased as a local who comes here because it's convenient and inexpensive, but I think this place definitely deserves some extra love. Egg rolls are definitely one of the best things there, but would also recommend the sesame chicken and general tso's chicken.

Bad service don’t go there the big Chinese guy is so rude and unprofessional and they over charged you they don’t speak good English and they don’t understand what you want to order I order two lunch and a small lo mein and they charge me $34 dollars. When I went to approach them the big Chinese guy told me not to order from them anymore rude and unprofessional I will not recommend this place. I called several times and they hung up on my face.

IF YOU WANT HAIR IN YOUR FOOD, EAT HERE! This is the WORST Chinese restaurant I ever had! Super rude on the staff, I found a hair in my food and asking to speak to the owner, staff hang up the phone. After few calls, owner finally picks up the phone and even worst, he yell at me! Excuse me? I am spending my money here, and found a hair in my food! Yes, HAIR IN MY FOOD! and ask for an explanation. What a Terrible experience!

Wonton mien soup tasted like soapy dish water, looked like it too. I work in the food industry and would be embarrassed to serve such bland food. My fried rice also tasted like soap. Maybe you need a new dishwasher or something but as far as this restaurant goes I’d rather go to a chain joint rather than here. At least they can do flavor. Y’all should watch some uncle roger. He’s not even a cook and he’ll teach you at least how to make your fried rice taste good instead of like the soap my mom washed my mouth out with 20 years ago ?‍♂️

Not only was the food excellent and tasty, service was exceptional. They gifted a free 2 liter of soda for no reason other than the kindness of their hearts. 100% will be my go-to Chinese delivery in West Hartford.

I have ordered food here a number of times, and each time I receive it, I have nothing but positive comments. The MENU is extensive which shows you the cooks knowledge of various regional cuisines. She is always very pleasant when I come in, give this place a try - you will like the food.

They have live and dead roaches throughout their whole establishment and they have horrible customer service. They have horrible way of how they proper and handle their food and I don’t know whoever that guy is on the phone when you called and every time do you want to talk and stuff the rush you off the phone or hang up in your face I don’t understand why this establishment is still there.. they set up and lied and say they didn’t have any more hot mustard when they did it was a whole pile of it. They need a whole new establishment and they most definitely need new people ASAP.!!

Ok, so let's get this settled upfront. This is not authentic chinese food HOWEVER (!) it is the best American style chinese food that I have found in the area. I was very hesitant to order from here given the lackluster ratings that I saw online. I was next door at the nail salon getting my hair done and I was STARVING! I ordered out of sheer desperation and let me tell you.... I am so happy that I did. I ordered three dishes.. sesame tofu, eggplant in garlic sauce and some Mapo Tofu for the hubby. I came home and opened the sesame tofu...it smelled divine. Took my first bite...it tasted divine! I took my 12th, 13th, 14th bite and could not stop eating. Seriously! I ate a bit of the eggplant which was very plentiful and it was almost as good. Which is not to say that it was bad in any way, shape or form. It was excellent but compared to the sesame tofu, man...that stuff is good. Again, disclaimer, this is pure american style chinese. I thought maybe I was just starving and so hungry that anything would taste good but when my daughter got home and tried it she thought it was magnificent as well. Let me tell you, it took a lot of restraint to save some for her but the portions are very plentiful so that made it a wee bit easier! I also had some left for lunch the next day and it was just as good! My husband liked his Mapo Tofu. He is a bit spoiled because the Mapo Tofu at Shu in West Hartford is the friggin bomb diggity! We have tried the mapo tofu at various other chinese restaurants across the state over the past several years and none of them can reach what Shu delivers (I digress because that is a whole other review). With that being said, he said it was the best Mapo after Shu. It was also nice and spicy, which we have found that a lot of the other chinese restaurants shy away from. His only complaint is that there could have been a little bit more minced pork and not to have such a fine mince. But overall, he really enjoyed it which is high praise coming from him....he sometimes like to complain about food a little too much ! The food was ready quickly, it was piping hot even after bringing it home and the staff was very pleasant. It is mostly a take out style joint but there is a sitting area with a few tables that was nicer than most take out joints in the area.If you are looking for good American Chinese food...look no further. Run to Great Tso. After all, great is right in their name and they lived up to that expectation in my eyes.

Chicken wings were raw, hair in rice… I went back and they said that’s how customers like it and they won’t give me a refund. So I do not recommend.

I called the restaurant 3 times for them to correct my order and each time I was hung up on. Very unprofessional and rude.
