I wanted the steak soft tacos to be great and they were barely edible. Really terrible. Sorry, 2 stars for good service instead of the 1 I'm feeling.

I went in there and the lady at the counter tried to overcharge me when I called her on this overcharge. She had me stand there and wait 10 minutes and after waiting, she said that- dhe voided the extra charge. She did not.
The way things happened. I don’t think this is the first time they’ve overcharged people
Pay attention to your charge get your receipt as she will not offer it ! Connecticut sales tax is 6 1/2% not 22% !!!

After receiving a menu in the mail, me and my husband went and picked up a large pizza, half cheese and half barbecue chicken. It was literally the perfect amount of cheese and delicious sauce and perfect crust will definitely be returning for more. My entire family agreed is one of the best pizzas we had had in a while!

Have gotten pizza and wings here twice. I have to say, both are great. The pizza, while doughy, is very good. It reminds me of Concetta’s, a pizza we have sought to find a replacement for since they closed. Bert’s is it!! The wings are very good. Cooked to perfection, with great flavor. Looking forward to going back. I marked the atmosphere as a 3 as I don’t have an option to skip it and have not been inside. I’ll post photos next time!!

The food is absolutely AMAZING, the food is always fresh. I have never ever been disappointed, The food is great as well as the staff. Always easy to park, never have to wait for your order once you arrive.

Ordered online and delivered exactly on time but the chicken wings were overcooked, very dry and hard crusty skin. Couldn’t eat them all was terrible. The pizza was only ok. Not recommended

Food is always consistently good and the wait time windows over the phone/online are very accurate compared to that of other places in town. Have never had to wait more than a few minutes longer than expected

I waited an hour for cold, greasy pizza. Paid $3 for bacon added to a large cheese, got basically nothing. Tried it, but never again, $40 wasted.

Shout out to Bert pizza they are a good quality pizza and their prices are fantastic. They also have burritos tacos and other little favorites like chicken wings that you could choose from definitely a hotspot. Check them out.
