Panini was decent.Fresh ingredients, meat was abit too salty for me.Ive tried that place but dont think coming back there anymore.I ate better paninis, but for a quick meal, definitely not bad.Place got quite a potential. You choose what you want to eat, and it is served almost immediately.Someone who likes Panini, definitely should try this out.

Extremely disappointed in the change of recipe for the white chocolate cookies….you literally served the best cookie in the world, that I had ever had and I was addicted to those things but for some strange unknown reason you’ve changed the recipe to the most boring average white chocolate macadamia nut cookie I could get anywhere. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I hope you change back.

Simple idea done well. First time at a Hot Table. The menu does not prepare you for how great an overstuffed panini is. I came with a friend who got the the BBQ pork and I enjoyed the Cheeseburger. The latter sandwich isn't a burger at all it's shredded beef. This sandwich is really a Philly cheese steak elevated. It has the missing vegetables in toppings that make you feel like your choice if you're just a little bit more balanced than just a Philly. But of course for those who are purest they do offer a Philly cheese steak.The Panini's also come in sizes: small, medium, large, I found a medium a little bigger than what I could eat in a setting so I think the large would be for some smaller eaters, an easy 2 meal purchase. I got a salad to go and their salads are an amazing value. Nothing to complain about the food are the pleasant and efficient customer service from the staff. Since this location is at the mall my only complaint is the usual one, where are you going to..... ParkI recommend that it's as close as possible since you're gone before when you leave!Vegetarian options: One can request vegetarian or gluten-free

I love Panini and we happened to visit hot table first time at its West Hartford location.Food was fresh and ok. We ordered 2 Turkey and one chicken panini. It seemed the person preparing panini just grabbed some meat in her fist and threw it on the bread. Some of it fell in container with other ingredients. Preparer collected it and put it back. I think people need some basic training.

The food was great. I just wish they had more options that go with the sandwiches. Like maybe a bag of chips or a cookie and drink as a combo. If they did offer this the cashier didn't let us know and we paid $30 for two sandwiches ( 1 medium and one small) and 2 drinks.

This is the slowest Hot Table on the planet. I ordered online to pick up at 11:45am. I arrived at 11:30 and waited...and waited....and waited. I asked and was told 10 more minutes. I waited. Everyone was waiting. I finally got my food at 12:55. Over an hour after my scheduled pick up time. Everyone that day was waiting. It was crazy. Staff didn't seem to have any sense of time management. I've been to other locations that are way better. Never coming to this one again.

Two bites and we threw them away, went to the restaurant next door!
Paid extra for a GF steak sandwich, and it was stuck all to the inside of the foil. Was way too hard to get out without foil sticking. So, I took it back to be made with regular bread. The GF was $1.75 extra and no refund, not even chips or an apology was made by the blonde female manager in the black shirt. So, ended up with a more expensive sandwich, needing to drive back and wasting time for nothing. Very unprofessional. The only professional was the African American girl who made my replacement sandwich. She was wonderful.

I seldom give 5 stars but this little gem deserves it!! The concept was different! Made to order panini with mega toppings to choose from. The food was fresh and delicious. Even tried the soup and it was delicious ?. I’ll definitely be back for seconds and thirds! I also want to point out there were customer service was a great vibe, very polite.
Great sandwich, team was super nice, will be coming back! Caprese with chicken way to go. シ

The sandwiches here are delicious! I don't know what kind of voodoo they use on the soft, pillowy bread, but it toasts to perfection!I appreciate the choices of sizes, the small is perfect for a meal, or a medium to share or have leftovers for later. The pumpkin bisque was velvety smooth with pieces of pumpkin giving some texture, and I really liked the harvest salad with grilled chicken added on.I've used them for catering, too, and everyone loves it! The chips are interesting, there is one called All Mixed up, it's multiple chip seasonings mixed up and seasoning the chips. Different and delicious!
The beef and blue cheese is the best!
