This place is great for the show. Great when you wanna have a night out with friends. The hibachi chefs are great as well and live up to their expectations. You spend money on the experience. If you want authentic Asian cuisine there are much better options but they don’t disappoint and I always leave with a smile on my face.
We had an 18th birthday party for my grandson. The wait staff was excellent, attentive and accommodating. We never felt rushed or overlooked at all. Great experience with delicious food!!!

My family went here for Hibachi (with the chef preparing food at the Hibachi table) and had a very good experience. The food was good and drinks were reasonably priced for West Hartford and strong. The chef was entertaining and put on a good show. The environment was nice but also kid friendly. There is a 20% service fee for dining in the Hibachi showroom as other reviewers have noted, however there is a sign stating that at the entrance and the server was up front about it as well, so it wasn't a surprise and does make sense given the extra service as part of the experience.I'll definitely come back in the near future!

I thoroughly enjoyed the very good sushi and was impressed by the diverse and visually appealing food display. The entire experience was complemented by a fun and enjoyable atmospherey that's kid friendly. Highly recommended!
Requested my food be well done since I'm pregnant and got practically raw food instead.. good thing I checked before eating otherwise I would've been extremely sick. highly upset ... ordered with grub hub.. spent about 50.00 and I just can't believe it.. I've never had an issue here .. not sure if there was a rush on the order but I was highly disappointed.

It’s close by, and worth a drive. Located where there is lots to do, beautiful area in Connecticut! They are friendly and cooks are FUN!Parking: There are lots of restaurants and shops, and dessert places how far nationalities. So it’s definitely an attraction! Though, it’s very busy there is parking in the back and parking in the front. I usually find parking within five minutes, so not too bad.

Ordered a sashimi meal and two rolls, got three small packets of soy sauce. That's no where near enough soy sauce. Food was also more expense than competitors for similar items. Will not order from them again.I wrote the above before eating the meal. The rolls were overloaded with rice, and the sashimi was flat and flavorless.
