We had Andrene for our waitress. She was amazing! You can tell she enjoys her job and was very polite and kind. The food came very quickly and was delicious. She checked in several times to see how we were doing and making sure we were set with drinks. I would highly recommend this place as well as Andrene as a waitress

I always come here with my family for breakfast and today was the first time that really disappointed me. We got seated and we waited about 30mins and nobody came to take the order. The waitress saw us and the fact that she ignored us and kept cleaning other tables that made us just walked out and never come back here again. Poor service.

Sorry to say this. We love iHop but had to give my first review. Was seated and Waited for 20 mins no one came. We called couple of times, no one bothered and showing other person. We had to walk out. I use to go to iHop very frequently but this is the first time to this branch. It was not good.

I donât usually go IHOP. But absolutely love that place from the beginning to end. Foods. Are amazing. I ordered spinach and mashroom omelette and milk shake and potato on the side. Manager and all employees are amazing. Waitress âFAREHAâ took our order and made sure we are satisfied with food and service. Thank you!

Overpriced. Toast was hard and I couldn't spread my butter. The waitress was impatient. My mother ordered a waffle with 2 sausage patties and I order toast and home fries with 2 waters and that was 30.00.

My wife and I just walked out of this IHOP because of how poorly the manager handled our visit.
When we arrived, the manager directed us to sit in the waiting area and told us it would be a five-minute wait. He never asked for our name or added us to any list. As we sat waiting, I noticed a young lady (who was very polite) seat a couple who had arrived after us. I do understand the woman had a crutch, and I respect that she may have needed to be seated quickly â thatâs not the issue.
What frustrated me was when I politely asked the hostess about the open table and mentioned we had been waiting, she asked me if our name was on the list. I explained that the manager didnât take our name â he just told us to sit and wait for five minutes.
We had clearly been there before that couple, yet the manager never followed up with us, never communicated anything, and didnât acknowledge the mix-up. He saw us waiting but just kept walking around without any courtesy check-in or explanation.
At that point, I told him directly that I couldnât see myself giving this location my business. It was clear that customer service and communication were lacking.
We wonât be returning.

waitress was okay, clearly irritated with life but not mean. found two hairs in my food though. couldnât have been mine as one looked like a mustache hair (it was under my burger) and the other was short, and on my kids waffle. this is my second time coming here and both times the experience was bad. on the plus side, it was a quiet environment
