I always enjoy coming here. There’s plenty of parking, which already puts me in a good mood before I even walk in. The service is usually warm and welcoming, and breakfast felt comforting and familiar in the best way. The omelet with spinach and mushrooms is always tasty and filling. The hot chocolate was superb, as always, and honestly one of my favorite things to order. The pancakes and waffles were just what you expect: soft, satisfying, and perfect for a relaxed breakfast. IHOP is usually great and this location is good.

I went this morning with my family to have breakfast. From the moment we walked in, we felt the kindness of the staff who work there. We told them we were in a bit of a hurry because we had to catch a flight, and they quickly seated us and informed the waitress that we needed fast service.
The waitress was very kind and understanding with my daughters, and the gluten-free menu was very complete. The food was delicious, varied, and plentiful.
It is definitely a place to come back to.

This experience was terrible. The order was wrong and an attitude to correct the order. The food came out COLD, actually cold. Once there was the correction the waitress did not come back. No refills on coffee. She had the manager and another server bring the corrections. I typically LOVE IHOP. Not today. Sorry.
