Went to this restaurant on Saturday night ordered lasagna the waitress brought us burnt bread it was black on one end and you could smell it was burnt she had the nerve to ask us if we still wanted it. Then she brought the bread 20 minutes before the lasagna so it was cold. Then we got the lasagna it was in a plate floating in grease we asked the waitress if she could dump the grease out it took her 10 minutes when we got the lasagna it was frozen in the middle. Then she brought us a bill for $47 all we had was a soda and a salad. We called the owner and told him what happened and he said next time if the food is cold we should ask her to warm it up. I will never eat here again

The business Is driven by take out. The dining room is comfortable enough, but not often enjoyed. I got take out and my order was ready before the time they quoted. Efficient and and tasty.

Geez, there are reviews on here that are so bad, it made me wonder. But the restaurant I used to get a meatball grinder from changed hands awhile back, and it changed for the worse, IMO, so I needed another option.
I tried Jimmy's, and I it was good. I liked the grinder and also the Greek salad. Both were good-sized servings for the price. The order was ready for pickup right on time, and the staff seemed to have things well in hand. It's going to be my new go-to place in the future.

Ordered food for pickup and the sauce had leaked through the container into the bag and made a mess. Thought the food was okay until I bit down into something hard. Took it out of my mouth and it appeared to be a FINGERNAIL. Disgusted.

We were given a gift certificate to Jimmie's Pizza in West Hartford so we came for dinner. The interior has such a cool vintage vibe with working jukeboxes! We ordered mozzarella sticks; nice & crunchy on the outside & nice stretch for the cheese on the inside. We also got a cheese pizza; made almost like sicilian style and it was so delicious! We would definitely come here again! 🍕 🍕 🍕

Jimmie’s use to be a great place for a pizza when under the old owners, but has lost this reviewer going forward.

Last night we stopped in for a Jimmie’s Special pizza. When we got home we were all jazzed to dig in but when we opened the box it was basically a cheese pizza. The vegetables were on the bottom of the pie, and the meat? Well we had to do some searching to find it. The crust was more like bread dough, hard to cut and chew.

The worst part was when we called to voice our concerns about the pizza, we were told “oh well”. Seriously?

Jimmie’s is off our list. Caveat emptor.

This place is awesome. I've been coming here since a kid, and now I get to bring my 2 kids. Great pizza, wings are always fresh and crunchy, and good atmosphere.

I’m not surprise to experience racist remarks at this point in my life. I’ve been going through them since a young girl regardless of how civil I could ever be. I was picking up a delivery order waited patiently although I was there before everyone else for 30-40 mins. Never was acknowledged not even a hello. I than walked up to the register to communicate my purpose and was simply told no I can’t pick up the order. Had a few words and left, but Karma doesn’t miss a single check it returns to sender every time.

Thank you for the reply, this is the right location. Perhaps your business or staff changed. But this is the location.

Do you like jukebox music ? with snazzy tunes and tasty pizza with fast service, than please try Jimmies out they have New York style pizza and there regular style pizza with all the delicious toppings... ? the drinks are bottled and the salads look absolutely delicious with big portions and fresh veggies.
