Kaliubon was very busy. There was a 45 minute wait for a Saturday evening. I would recommend going earlier or a bit later than 6pm. The staff/waiters were very friendly. If you enjoy Americanized ramen and sushi then this is a great place for you. The flavor was decent and the portions were also good. The texture of the noodles threw me off a bit. I prefer traditional Japanese ramen noodles which have a certain thickness and texture. The noodles here were thicker and the texture wasn't right.

Parking: The parking available is not necessarily for the restaurant. In most cases you'll have to park in a lot or find a street parking spot and then walk.

Awesome spot on a cold day. Whether you’re going for a quick lunch, or a date with your better half, you will never be disappointed. I would recommend this place to every friend and family member. Customer service is next level. Give this place a try!!

First time trying Ramen and it did not disappoint. Got the Hot and Sour Lunch Combo and added some chilli oil...incredible

The Ramen here is so good! Each Ramen they have has its own unique taste and the spicy Korean wings are to die for! I did lower my score slightly from 5 stars to 4 as the price of the Ramen has gone from $15 to $17, and the Korean wings have gone from $9 to $11!

Ramen was decent although slightly over salty for my taste. Apps were non traditional but good. Front man needs more experience. He didn’t take our names and sat someone in front of us

Ordered there Saturday night and they were missing 2 items. Ordered a 25$ roll and it was disappointing to was falling apart and covered with so much spicy mayo I think a 2 year old could have done a better job. If you’re too busy don’t take the order! Called them and they said there was nothing they could do! Thought I has a great place for sushi and ramen but apparently not!

Food was good, though I’d order some add ons next time as it felt a little lacking. Broth was superb. Service - waitress had zero personality but maybe was having a bad night? When seeing all the other servers happy and helpful it was a sad turn off. The lighting in the back room is very harsh for those with light sensitivities. Small but organized seating inside. Food came out hot and fast. Not disappointed but not impressed. 3/5

We ordered kaliubon ramen and pork bao. Bao is very good tasting. Ramen is good too. The menu is various dishes. Have a try!
