Great experience! The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. The service was quick even during a busy time, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean, and the prices were great for the quality. Definitely one of the better fast-food spots—will be coming back!

I go to this location to order through the kfc app to pickup my order. I go through the drive thru to pick up my order and I'm told to go inside instead. I asked them why and told the employee that it's through the kfc app and the employee was adamant that I come inside. Upon coming inside I'm told to confirm pick up of the order and show my purchase. Upon picking up my order a young man laughed at me for being upset. I ordered the Korean chicken and when I opened the bag it looked rushed with the minimum placed into the order.

I came in and ordered two meals.. the wait was 13 minutes for biscuits. I said no worries that’s fine no need for the biscuits. The fantastic cashier gave us an extra meat for not having biscuits. We sat down and as we are eating she brings us biscuits. She was so fantastic and nice.

I went through the drive thru today to get myself a Famous Bowl for lunch. The food was decent, but definitely suffering from ShrinkFlation. There was a ton of corn, but the chicken was lacking. The person who was working the drive thru sounded really down, which is a bummer. Overall, it was o.k., but these Famous Bowls aren’t what they once were.

i don’t think i’ve had a worse experience with any fast food place ever. everything in my order was old or made poorly. fries were soggy. mashed potatoes still had powder residue. but the chicken? it reeked. a smell i’ve never in my life have smelled. i couldn’t bring myself to take another bite. my biscuit was stale. what really killed me was the chicken. genuinely think if i took another bite i would be sick for days. $20 down the drain.

Every time I go there is at least 10 minute wait before anyone get to me then they always tell we don't have this or we don't have that I think this might be my last time here I rather risk getting shot by going to the north end or risk getting pulled over by cops
