Great lunch special. Under 20 bucks pp. Staff was attentive and very kind. Cook was nice too; again very kind and attentive. Lobster roll very tasty, clam chowder nice and hearty and delicious. I will definitely go back. Lunch ended up so delicious we ended ordering a second order to go. :)

I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of lobster in the bun. It was very tasty with the avocado and cucumber. The potato chips that came with it were uniquely seasoned and very good. I will go back soon to enjoy a different style sandwich. Expensive but it is comparable to any other place that serves lobster rolls.

The lobster was delicious and definitely fresh. Very small - basically a serving counter with seating mostly outside. We enjoyed sitting outside as the day was beautiful. A bit on the pricey side.

Worse experience ever. There was 9 of us and 8 out of the 9 dishes came out cold. The best thing was the chicken fingers my mom who is allergic to seafood ordered. The soup was horrible as well and the chips that came with the sandwiches were super salty. We mentioned to the waitress that everything was cold and unfortunately she seemed to not care.I was very disappointed, the food definitely did not match the bill, it was about $30 to $40 per person. You can see from our pictures we picked out the lobster and threw everything else out.

I decided to stop in for lunch, unprovoked. After ordering a lobster roll with butter, I decided to go to google reviews and see what I was in for. Surprisingly the roll was very good. I liked the bread they used, they also grilled the bread or used a panini press or something because it had a slight crunch to it which was very delicious. I would definitely go back for the lobster roll, I wish they gave French fries or some other side to justify the price instead of mediocre chips..

Went here for mothers day lunch for my mother. Love this place, the lobster rolls were fresh and the chips are nice and crispy. The lobster grill cheese was a thumbs up for my son and nephew. My fiancé and I walked in craving a good lobster roll. Place was empty. Bathroom needed to be cleaned. We ordered the “Coastal” and a Lobster Grilled Cheese.Hugely underwhelmed and disappointed. We don’t mind paying $29 for a 6 inch lobster roll but it should have a decent amount of lobster in it. Two fork stabs later and the lobster was gone.We also noticed they pulled out Pre-cooked lobster meat out of the freezer to make our order. Kind of threw us off when they advertise fresh caught lobsters. The lobster grilled cheese was bland but the bread used was crispy. $19 lobster grilled cheese special on Wednesdays. Also, barely any lobster meat and no flavor.Chips were decent but there were some stale pieces.Unfortunately would not return. Very underwhelming.

Wonderful little spot to get a very good buttered lobster roll. The bread was toasted to perfection and the sandwich was stuffed with a good amount of lobster. My husband does not like seafood so he ordered their landlubber sandwich with pulled pork which he really enjoyed. So glad we found this little place. And the people who work there are so kind and really made sure our food was good. Highly recommend Lobstercraft!

Got a lobster roll. It wasn't worth it. 26 dollars and it looked messy with just chips. Not seasoned well and chewy.

During my order at the counter I saw two large 5 gallons containers of cooked lobster claws. This didn't sit well with me. Lobster should be cook fresh if they want to charge $30. At least partially cooked and fully warm up upon order. As suspected... Lobster was old, dry and not sweet at all. Chips were also stale. A soft drink and tip - it was close to $40. I've eaten lobster rolls up and down the east coast. Probably one of the worse here. I'm sure the rents is high in WeHa center. But for $30 lobster this bad? No wonder why it was dead at lunch.

Listen, I don't know how they can claim this is America's best lobster roll because this is straight up bad. I'm sorry. I don't write reviews often but they need to improve their product a lot of they won't survive. My whole family got lobster rolls. They were really stingy with the meat and the meat was overcooked and dry. It had a weird spice mixture that added absolutely nothing to the flavor. We got two Coastal and two Heat Wave but they tasted the exact same. My daughter got lobster Mac and cheese which was GROSS and swimming in cheesey liquid soup. She took one bite and hated it. SHE IS FOUR. This is the first time in her entire life that she's rejected mac and cheese. Whoever owns this place needs to have a few proper lobster rolls in Maine or on the CT shoreline and try to imitate that, even if it costs extra. I think the vast majority of people would rather pay $35 for a great roll rather than $29 for a crap one. Oh, and their chips aren't even crispy. Sorry guys. I hope you do well but please improve your food!
