Luna Pizza - West Hartford

Never got the food. I was picking up an order, and there was no parking. I had circled many times. I called the restaurant to see if the order was done as I needed to pull into a non-parking spot. I didn't want to leave my car too long, so I called and was told they don't verify if orders are available and immediately hung up on me before I could get another word out. Terrible service

These guys have been my go-to for 5 years. Pizza needs to be legally classified as a drug, as another poster said. The only thing I will say is that the pizza will be occasionally (but quite rarely) burnt on the underside

Burnt off

I was greeted when I walked in by a woman sweeping the floor about 8:10 on.She .proceeded to say can I help in a very rude manner and stated you can order take out the dining room is closed. The way she said I thought I was getting the food for free. If I have to be spoken to in that manner I will never return if my son didn’t want pizza and it being late I would’ve kindly left. Never again thanks, but no thanks!!!

It is a pizza restaurant in West Harbor, the pizza is very delicious, I recommend the cheese one, and the pepperoni one, it has a pick-up service

We love Luna Pizza in Glastonbury and thought we'd try Luna in West Hartford. We were early....11:30 a.m. but it was the worst pizza ever. Soggy, under cooked. The limp leaf salad was drowning in dressing. What a disappointment.
