Luna Pizza - West Hartford

Im not a pizza fan at all but let me tell you hands down best pizza in CT as of 2025 I love thr sauce cheese and dough everything about it is my favorite honestly when yoy have a favorite pizza you will still say that a sauce from a different place is better or cheese but no this one all 3 itmes are the best I've had and im not even a cheese pizza guy either I like my with toppings but honestly the cheese here is so good I don't even need toppings and the restaurant is located in a nice area with a lot of nearby stores I miss the donut shop they had good donuts I'd always get it after eating here

The Potato pizza was so good!

I like Luna just fine! This is a neighborhood pizza place with great crust that doesn’t skimp on toppings. It may not be the finest pizza I’ve ever had in my whole life, but it’s definitely up there. The place has charm and class, and I think we are lucky to have it. In most of America this would be the best pizza in the state.

Customers who order through this business for delivery, please note:when you tip, if you believe that your tip is going towards delivery, it isn't. On ubereats, doordash etc. all the delivery person gets is base pay, which is $2.00-$2.75 tops. The restaurant takes the tip for themselves. If you order via ubereats,doordash etc. then it's the delivery driver who gets the tip added to their base pay.
I received an order for $2.75, accepted it because it's a Monday and I'm trying to build my acceptance rate up. The customer said he tipped enough so that I can get necessities to cool down in this heat. All I did was tell him thanks and went on with my other delivery. Shame on you guys at Luna, you make your customers appear cheap and mean when it's you who cheats the delivery drivers, who doesn't even work for you!.

The manager on August 8th Friday night 930pm was very rude telling me she would not do anything to fix our order after it was burnt and wrong we asked for an extra cheese pizza and it was more sauce showing than cheese. The customer service was unprofessional and could not believe the way she talked to a customer. Now I see why the establishment is in the current condition it is in.

I visited West Hartford for the first time in years. Was looking forward to having a meal at Luna Pizza as I always enjoyed their food in the past. I have to say the experience was disappointing. Not the Luna experience I had in the past.

I ordered wrap to go, didnt get any napkins with it...buffalo sauce was all over my hands and couldnt do anything about that.
Such shame, when you order 'to go' you might eat that some other spot than at home where you got water or paper towel to clean your hands.
Like cmon...do you think just a little bit about someone who just spend money at your joint...
Never again there.

The food and service was very great and the blonde waitress was very nice. The only problem is it was too hot because there was no AC so it made it real uncomfortable for me. Luna Pizza please get Air Conditioners

I don’t know if the owners or managers realized the AC was not working when they opened today 6/24/25, but they should not have had their employees working today. It was still 100 degrees outside when I got my order at 645 pm and I have no idea how hot it was in the restaurant without AC and ovens on. It was extremely unhealthy working conditions. We were extremely hot just waiting for our food. I hope whoever is in charge here realizes what your employees did for you today. They were hot and miserable but provided excellent customer service! I hope that anyone who was working today gets a big bonus or is compensated because they deserve it. Our dinner was excellent!

Apon arriving, we were greeted and seated.
The restaurant was a nice low fi vibe. Clean,spacious. Music was nice. Great customer service. The food was delicious. It's a little pricey, but we enjoyed our time there. The Korean BBQ wings are so delightful. The Buffalo chicken pizza was also good. We ordered a baked potato bacon pizza (that was interesting) . Spaghetti with meatballs was great as well. Lots of food options.
I also noticed it had a bar area. 🍸 (Meed to try nxt time)
