Took far too long to get fed before and after ordering. The menu is ridiculously over priced. 16.00 for a rice bowl and another 7 for protein added? Barely anyone in the place besides us, don’t go here if you expect good service. Not what it was years ago.

We love max burger. We've been going here for years but on this trip, we took our 9 month old. We brought peaches for him since he's not eating off the menu yet. And he proceeded to make a huge mess. Our waitress, Molly, was so sweet and said it was totally fine. They're a family restaurant. All of the staff were super sweet to our baby, and it was a really great experience.

Sorry, Max burger you would’ve got a five star but your server forgot to bring me some of my food. The food was phenomenal. The burgers are out of this world. The ambience is crazy, but I ordered some fries and the server forgot to put them in and when I called him on it, he said oh I must’ve forgot. I didn’t get to get those fries. I really want to give you a five star review. I will be back though. Thanks for the burgers.!!!

I’m giving it 2 stars rather than 1 only because my previous visits have been quite good. I hadn’t been in for a while and decided I wanted a good burger for dinner. I sat down at the bar this Saturday and waited for at least 10-15 minutes without anybody behind the bar acknowledging that I was there. The bar wasn’t even packed. There were only 3 or 4 other people sitting there. Tried to make myself known but to no avail. Don’t go if you want good service. I’m not returning for a long time. There are plenty of other great restaurants in the downtown area.

She took note of the fact that our food was just served to us but we hadn’t yet started eating so she asked us if the presentation was alright. The food was great. So I’ve been coming to this Max Burger for over a year now and I come here three times a week. I spend a lot of money here and they just can’t seem to get it right. I have a gluten analogy. I have a stand in order two different orders and it seems as though every time I come there’s an issue or there’s a new person upfront and they screw it up. Pretty soon there are other options around and I will have to take my business elsewhere. I take gluten, allergies and gluten, sensitivities and food allergies very very serious if they don’t want to take allergy serious then anybody who is gluten sensitive or has allergies I don’t suggest that you eat at their restaurant they don’t take allergies very serious.
