Birthday dinner for mother, sister and 10yr old niece who all celebrate in the month. Lucked out with a patio table for 4! Service was attentive, hot seafood tower was delightful! Surprised to see kids tender meal presented in this cute bentgo style tray with veggies fruit and dessert. Would give 10/10 if I could.

Max Oyster Bar has great food and service and a very nice space, but it was too loud on Wednesday night to fully enjoy. I had to concentrate hard to follow the conversation at my table. I plan to go back for lunch next time and have dinner in a quieter place.

Max Oyster is unique when it comes to seafood towers. They offer a HOT (all-cooked) seafood tower, which I have not encountered at any other seafood-oriented restaurant. It's delicious and worth trying at least once! My server was a young lady who has served me once before - she is a delight - professional, personable, reliable and efficient. I appreciate that Max Oyster offers seasonal/changing menu items like the street corn salad - they are obviously aiming to please and keep you coming back for more - and it's working!

The restaurant was packed and noise level was almost unbearable. Had to talk louder so our friends at our table of 4 could hear us. Lots of children running around unsupervised. It had to be challenging for the wait staff.
