I used to love Mecha and I have being to all of them. I used to buy the broth for to go, it used to be $5 but now is $7 and they fill only half. This is insane and makes me upset to see that Mecha is loosing its soul.

Brought my mom here for her birthday they got rid of our favorite menu item the shrimp bao. They also have a dessert menu but the only item is banana pudding That was really disappointing other than that the service is good and ramen is good. Bring back the shrimp bao.

I can’t say enough about Mecha. I know it’s just a ramen restaurant but it’s so much more. Every item that you purchase goes towards the community/employees. This has been a regular spot for me and my husband. The food is seasoned so well. We are addicted to the Kimchi rice (no bacon). Not only is the food delicious, the customer service is excellent. During our last visit, from the time we entered, J the hostess met us with a huge smile and checked in on us throughout our time there. Then we had the amazing Savannah as our server. Again, great personality, checked in on us, great conversation with her. Loved her!!! Next the drinks…to the bartenders chef’s kiss. We have never had a bad cocktail there. To top your visit off, you will enjoy the music which is an ode to the owners and their background as old school hip hop heads. Where else can you find good ramen and good music. We always leave there with a great experience. To the owners, Tony and Rich, great business idea.

I am a local, work right across the street, and have been a loyal customer for a long time. Today’s experience at Mẹcha was absolutely unacceptable.
I arrived at my scheduled pickup time, yet after waiting 10 minutes my food was still not handed to me — at 5 PM, which is nowhere near peak dinner rush. From the kitchen window, I could clearly see a takeout bag already sitting there.
When I tried to get someone’s attention to simply ask how much longer it would be, the manager, Sara, rushed over and spoke to me in an extremely rude, arrogant, and dismissive way. Even worse, her only response was that she “didn’t know how much longer” I’d have to wait — despite the food visibly being ready.
All I needed was a straightforward answer, but instead I got hostility, no solution, and complete disregard for my time. This is not how a manager should behave
My first time here I was blown away. While our waiter cleared a table for us, 4 other employees asked if we were helped. Clearly they care for taking care of customers in a timely manner. We got excellent food, it was amazing to try real ramen. And our server was so helpful! However, on our second time here we came 1.5 hours till closing but it was still packed in there so we didn’t think anything of the time. We got our orders in quickly but were annoyed with how long it took to get our food. 2 tables that ordered after us got their food first, and their party size were identical to ours. Our waitress was walking around and didn’t notice our long wait. We ended asked another waiter what was taking so long and he ended up serving us till the end. He was the same waiter we had our last time. He was so friendly and quick. He apologized to us and he made our experience better. Please pay attention waiters even though you’re cleaning up for closing! We waited 45 minutes for our soup
