We stopped in here really quick on our way to the airport leaving town, and my only regret is that we didn't visit this place sooner. We probably would have eaten here every day. We all got lobster rolls, and not only were they affordable, they were fantastic. Im shocked it was as slow as it was (granted, we were there at like 5 pm - not quite dinner time) because it should be wall to wall packed. I can't wait to come back and try everything else on the menu.

I tried a lobster roll from here. It was very oily, but the taste was interesting, a bit Cajun.
I love reading reviews for this place and the response from the owner. It's really funny how insanely defensive and hysterical he gets about the negative reviews. He also plays Sherlock Holmes and tries to guess who wrote the review!
The food here was average, and I won't be coming back because of the way the owner talks to the clients online.

We are returning home (Tennessee) from a trip in the North and LUCKILY found this restaurant! Yummy! Highly recommend and it's true the the Mac and cheese is homemade. We got TWO an extra serving because it was so good.

Omg this food is so good I can’t believe it’s sits in the corner like that ! Like this is the best seafood I’ve ever had in my life. I’m visiting Hartford and now I’m only thinking about how can I get more when I leave ! I order the steamed bad for $20 and let me tell you wasn’t nothing short of the $20 i honestly think it should have been more the bad was loaded the corn was so good .. the potatoes was sliced nicely soft and firm the sauce was so amazing they pun some yams in there and let me tell you when that sweet kick touch anything In the bag ?? the crab legs were so juicy and fresh with little to no ocean taste ? seansoning was all through them you don’t have to dip them in cause & the onions were so good and visible and eatable.. the place needs 10 stars !!!!!!

The Papi Hibachi Rice was one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. The fried catfish was delicious. I 100% will come here everytime I’m in CT.

Wish there was crawfish in the dish that called for it. The mussels looked like post apocalypse spider webs, there were no oysters in the oysters- it was too salty- and took a really long time to come out.

From CT but currently living out west. Stopped in today and got a lobster roll to go. It was phenomenal! Buttery lobster tossed in a bit of old bay on a buttered, griddled bun. Would absolutely recommend! I got the regular roll (~$15 w/ tax) but will likely be back for the super roll.
Parking: Parking right out front. Plenty in the lot as well.
